Bayswater Apartments

I had to slam the patio door hard--7-10 times--from December '22 to April '23. It took 5 months to get it attended to. Subsequently, my shoulder suffered a rotator cuff tear and I had to go to the emergency room.
I had to move after 9 months due to relocation, and the latest (there have been three so far) manager is adamant about charging me an extra $4000 for leaving early, even though they found a replacement for me in 2 days after my notice, and have raised the rent by $350.
I would NOT advise renting there until the present manager

I had a great experience working with the Baywater crew. I ended up choosing another location in SF because I wanted to be closer to the city and wanted to be further from the Caltrain. However, for those that want a bit more slow paced and brand new apartment complex, this would be a great option!!

I also want to shout out Colton for working with me throughout the process!! He was amazing and super kind.

After response from LILY J, Business Customer Sve, it seems that slandering your previous residents because of providing accurate and factual comments about MOISES PIMENTEL's very poor management, and his abusive, dismissive and very disrespectful treatment not just to me but to other residents who have also moved out, it's the way to justify it, to ignore your ongoing issues, and completely disregard my positive feedback back about other Sares-Regis employees.

I have been wanting to write this review for a very long time to express how wonderful and professional Sara is. I was pregnant with my first child and my husband and I were looking for a new home all over the Peninsula. I intended to complete the application on Baywater's website but I did not do so. The following day, Sara sent me a text message, and the rest is history. Sara possesses an outstanding personality. Her hospitality is unparalleled, and she is intelligent, kind, and professional.

Throughout the entire apartment search process, she provided invaluable assistance. We were shown around the entire apartment complex by her and then walked through the application process. She was always available for my questions and needs, no matter how small or large they were.

I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed working with Sara at every stage of the process. It is especially helpful if you are running out of time, as she made the entire process incredibly smooth.

SARA is the right choice if you are looking for someone who will stand by you throughout the entire process regardless of the situation at hand.

I moved in about three months ago and have had such an amazing experience with the management company! Colton was so helpful along the way. He went above and beyond by helping me set up PG&E and he even guided me through selecting a Renters insurance policy. Sara has also been very helpful too. She helped me select a credit card that would help me avoid fees. The whole team is very friendly and responsive to anything residents may need!

During my search for an apartment, Colton, the leasing consultant, did an amazing job following up with me and respectfully checking in on my status. Though I did not end up choosing this complex, Colton was the best leasing consultant I encountered during my search and I have no doubt anyone who's looking for a new place to live in will be in great hands.

Beautiful apartments in an upscale neighborhood. Sarah is the leasing agent we worked with and she was/is so helpful. She went out of her way to ensure everything went smoothly. She was one of the main reasons my son signed a lease with them. Thank you, Sarah!

Sara and Colton are absolutely outstanding! They went above and beyond to ensure my move-in experience was flawless. Sara's assistance was nothing short of amazing; she was always available to answer any question I had. And when I arrived, Colton greeted me with the warmest welcome, exceeding all expectations. From the day I walked in to speak to Sara Brooks, Leasing Consultant I was sold on finding a 1 Bedroom Apartment to call home. I was fortunate enough to come at the right time and I was able to acquire my new home. The apartments are 1st class!! Your staff is outstanding here. From Sara, Moises, Carlos and David I've never been so welcomed. Sara by the way is the bedrock of this building. Sara has the most friendly outgoing helpful attitude and knowledge of this complex. Sara makes you feel so welcomed every time she greets you. Sara is BAYSWATER APARTMENTS WAY OF LIVING!!! Keep up the good work Sara.

I haven't even moved in & am already so excited! Sara is AMAZING. She has gone above and beyond for us. I called interested and within 30 minutes, she went and took videos of all the units we were interested in. Service has been top notch and so easy! We're super excited to move in next month.
