Beach City Pest Control

Ed was great. We were anxious to get a pest control expert to come to our house as soon as possible once we heard what sounded like rats in our attic. After calling a few places, none of whom could come any sooner than a few days out, I was lucky to connect with Ed. He was very accommodating and managed to make it to our home the very same day that I called. He did a thorough inspection of our attic and devised a clear game plan to assess and address the problem. We have not seen any further evidence of rodents since Ed came, and we are grateful for his help. We will definitely call Beach City Pest Control and seek Ed's expertise anytime we need help in this regard! Thank you!

Edward, from Beach City Pest Control, was incredibly knowledgable and efficient, and 100% effective.
After multiple tries and expense from another company my landlady has on retainer, I was still being bitten by an unknown assailant night after night. I found Edward online, called him and he immediately knew what the issue was and how to solve it. He set up a plan, at a reasonable rate and he executed it exactly as he said he would and it worked, exactly as he said it would.
I hope to never need to use Edward again, but I am so glad to know that if I have a pest issue in the future, he's sure to have the solution!

I spoke to Edward over the phone during our initial call to prescribe the correct level of treatment based on the infestation I had. I do have to preface by saying that I wasn't sure if I had a really bad flea infestation; I think I caught it right before it got bad. I know my cats had it, but I treated them right away and found fleas on my bed, but that's about it. Edward came over, checked the yard to see if the yard was bad (it wasn't), and then sprayed my house - it only took about 5 minutes and we waiting outside for 90 minutes before going back in. Ed did warn me that it was likely I would need another treatment because fleas are so pesky, but it's been a couple months, and after rigorous vacuuming and washing of everything, I haven't seen a single flea since. Nice!

Quick and thorough service. The owner is friendly and appears very knowledgeable. Overall, I would recommend his services.

Very unprofessional. Failed to do a thorough inspection of the perimeter for possible areas where rodents could enter, and never provided solutions to the problem besides putting down bait in select areas of the home. As a result, I need to incur additional expenses to hire someone knowledgeable and effective.

The best! Danny is amazing with bees and all the team top notch. We were in such good hands. Look no further.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ed and Micah. When you have pests, you want them gone asap, and these guys make you feel like a priority! I had a JOURNEY. Something was biting me constantly. I first thought it was these little black bugs (similar to fungus gnats) that were in my apartment and Micah was very responsive and came over the next day, explaining the process to me and educating me about the solution he was going to spray. I saw them dead all over the floor, and was still getting bit... SO, called them up again and spoke to Ed and he confirmed what I was afraid of... bed bugs, even though I couldn't see a single bug (only the bites and a streak of blood on my sheets)!! He was also able to come within 24 hours and really educated me about bed bugs, how they behave, and why I couldn't see any. He did 2 treatments a week apart and I haven't had any more bites!

Ed really took his time answering my questions and that made me feel really well-informed and like I was in good hands. I also have to say... as a female living alone, I felt totally safe with both of them! Not to mention their prices are more than fair.

They will be my first call for any future pest issues and who I recommend to all my friends. Highly recommend!

Searched a few days for a pest control
company. Came across Beach City Pest
Control. They were very professional and
responsive. Said I would give them a chance
and they said I would not be disappointed,
they were correct. Ed showed up right on
time. Very polite, professional, and he took
the time to explain everything and answer
all of my questions. He was extremely
thorough. I have never had a service spend
such attention to detail as he did. Very
courteous and even took a moment to talk
with my dog so she would calm down with
him. I would highly recommend this service.

Edward has been a life saver. I couldn't figure out what was biting me and was getting ridiculous quotes, the runaround and assumptions from other businesses when I found Beach City on Yelp. 2 minutes into our call, Edward knew what the issue was, came promptly, was able to advise me, has tolerated my word vomit of concerns and also solved my heckin pest problems. Zero BS, good humor, sharp, efficient and - to my landlord's delight - isn't out to price gouge you. He's a problem solver and knows his stuff. I am very (very very!!) grateful and strongly recommend. Don't bother calling anyone else.
