I had an outstanding experience with James Riggins from Beastbay Plumbing! After recently installing a new ice machine, I discovered a leak that needed immediate attention. James quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the original plumber had used a cheap plastic part for the connection to the appliance. He replaced it with a high-quality metal flexible part and ensured everything was working perfectly before he left.

James's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process. He took the time to explain what went wrong and how he fixed it, which I really appreciated. He wore booties and brought in a mat to keep my house extra clean - pro experience and super considerate. Love that!

It's rare to find such quality service these days, but James exceeded all my expectations. On top of that, James is a really nice guy with integrity. I highly recommend James Riggins and Beastbay Plumbing for any plumbing repairs--especially if you want the job done right the first time!

When I open a project on Yelp, I've found it to be a roll of the dice as to the quality of the technician I end up using. Fortunately I chose well for a garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. I was amazed how several businesses insisted on scheduling a consultation call before committing themselves to sending a technician. BeastBay Plumbing based in Benicia just said to give them a call anytime. I did just that.

I explained I had already purchased a new disposal and needed someone to connect it. Daniel came right on time, assessed the job, and told me it would take 1-1/2 hours and cost $375. True to his word, that's how long it took and how much it cost. The disposal worked perfectly afterward. Now why couldn't the other plumbing companies operate with such efficiency and responsiveness?

Greg I think it was; came out first thing the next day to install my seismic gas valve. After a little haggling about the cost we both settled on a price. He got my valve installed real quick and efficiently.

I will remind everyone though, buying plumbing work is like buying a car, never except the first or second price folks. You must haggle.

But dont expect it to be super cheap, it takes training, experience, tools and traveling, to be a good plumber these days.

I reached out via Yelp message and within minutes they responded...an appointment was available within the hour. Daniel took a quick look & explained what parts he would replace along with the new water heater if I decided to get the work done. He explained the warranty and also the 5% discount if I joined their membership. I double (and triple) checked the total cost he stated to make sure there weren't any hidden fees. I agreed to the work and he returned in less than a hour. After about 3 hours (which is what we quoted it would take to do the work), we have a new water heater and a clean garage! I'll definitely be calling them next year to take advantage of being a member.

Daniel was scheduled for a follow-up from our initial appointment and installed a new toilet perfectly in my condo.

From his assessment he was able to determine it was actually the dishwasher. Totally unexpected since we hardly used the dishwasher. He gave us his honest recommendation to resolve our issue. I am so extremely grateful to Eduardo Ortiz.. My garage disposal was leaking. He worked a miracle .. once he realized what the problem was.. He fixed the issue. Thank goodness the issue he fixed didn't cost me a dime. He made sure nothing was leaking. I'm so grateful to Eduardo.. He explained what he did and why he didn't need to charge me. He was extremely honest and said ,No. I almost started crying. He could have charged me. But his honesty.. did my heart good. He was my savior today !!

We had a bathroom sink faucet that needed to be replaced. It was more than 30 years old and was showing advanced signs of wear. I went through the standard Yelp drill on a Friday evening, and quickly had multiple automated messages in my Inbox from providers who had finished for the week and promised to get back to me on Monday.

Janea from BeastBay got back to me immediately. I sent a video detailing the issue, and explained that I would be tied up all day on Monday. BeastBay was happy to accommodate me by sending a technician out on Saturday for a free estimate.

The estimate was just a little higher than I had expected (and a bit higher than a competitor's estimate), but as it turns out, it was well worth it: For one thing, the price was all-inclusive, so I didn't have to go to a supply store and shop for the unit myself. Jared C, the technician who provided the estimate and did the job, would source and purchase the faucet unit, come right back, and install it immediately. And the warranty included in the price was very reasonable.

Jared was professional, courteous, and thorough. I could see that the job turned out to be far more frustrating than he had foreseen: The existing drain and faucet were old and corroded, requiring far more work than Jared had envisioned. In fact, Jared actually had to go back to the hardware store for additional parts because some of the legacy parts broke as Jared was removing them. Still, Jared remained calm and professional throughout, and kept to his original estimate despite the extra work and extra trip.

We are extremely happy with the result, and strongly recommend BeastBay and Jared for any household plumbing job.
