Buy your mattress here!!! We had an awesome experience with Brandon from beginning to end. He is super knowledgeable and friendly - we ended up buying the king size mattress he recommended and it's absolutely amazing and for a great price! We couldn't believe that it was made to order because it came in a week and the delivery guys were so great - they took our old mattress and set up our new one. They have such a great selection of frames and other furniture too!
Love that it's family owned - Brandon and his dad is awesome. Definitely coming back for other furniture needs. Thanks for the great experience

Oh, I love my couch!! I found this place on accident because I missed the bus and boy am I so happy that I did. I've been looking for an affordable couch that would fit into my studio for years. One that has a chaise lounge that opens for storage. Not only did they have the perfect size and color but It also opened up on the other end into more cushions for a bed. I went in a few times with all my questions, and found out they were family owned. Talked to the owner and his son and they were both so genuinely kind and accommodating. For anyone that is looking for a couch or a bed and wants to support family owned businesses, this is the place. Peace:-)

Was planning on just window shopping at multiple stores for a mattress and other odds and ends. We stopped at this store first and were immediately greeted by Brandon. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions. Ended up purchasing and were given a good price on a queen mattress made to order. Also a perk that this is a family owned and operated business.

Buyers BEWARE! Worst customer service you will ever receive. Please read the terms and condition. Ask them for a break down of the invoice before purchasing. They charge 20% restocking fee of the INITIAL price even if you pay for the SALES price. Which made no sense at all! I am picking up the furnitures myself and they are forcing me to go with their schedule to pick up because they "have no room at the warehouse". Do not trust these people. Calling and talking to them is a pain! "I have talk to my manager" or "we will call you back later or tomorrow" like who's even running this place?!

Please be careful and be sure before giving money to this store. And if something is wrong with the delivery, they will no take it back to replace it.

This place is great. It's at Geary between Blake and Collins- always parking right out front it seems! This place is great! Over the years I have bought a beautiful French provincial desk, a sleeper couch and a gorgeous gray velvet chair for a great price. More recently i went in right before closing and Brandon got me a great deal on a mattress - very affordable- he saw my face when I saw the prices and brought me to s better deal and I love the mattress! It was delivered on time the next day free! Today I went back - and Laura showed me exactly what I wanted in my price range/ on sale it's gorgeous - a single chair that is grey velvet and pulls out- my furniture had been removed from my apartment 3 days ago because of bedbugs in the building - I was able to replace 2 major pieces immediately because of the good prices and immediate delivery. Today, no delivery on Saturday but Brandon and Laura carried the single bed/chair themselves out to my car and put in him. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

We had a good experience. Unlike so many furniture stores, we were not pressured and the sales staff are courteous and well-informed. We appreciated the delivery and furniture assembly services. They offer the kind of personal attention one rarely sees these days. Furniture ranges from basic/economical to more high-end, depending on your budget. This is an excellent local business and I encourage others to check it out!

We were looking for a new couch and found one we liked. We were told by the first person who helped us that the chaise portion of the couch could be switched to the opposite side of the couch. When the couch was delivered the delivery persons informed us that the chaise was not movable and they did not know how to properly connect and disconnect the two parts of the couch. When we went back to the shop to ask for a refund or to return/exchange our couch we were told they do not do returns/exchanges/refunds. We will never go back here. There was no customer service, and were given false information regarding our purchase.

Good prices, spacious show room. My family has been coming here for years, about a total of 6 mattresses/bed frames/bed sets purchased here. Came the day before Labor Day to try and get a good deal on a new mattress.

Was greeted pretty promptly and immediately sent upstairs to look at discounted mattresses, but found a great deal on a new model Beautyrest hybrid downstairs so I ended up getting that.

Was initially quoted 5-6 weeks because of COVID related shipping restrictions. Called on Oct 1st to see if it happened to have come in early as I was eager enough to pick it up myself despite the free delivery I was given.
Was told that it will arrive the following week. No problem.

Called again on Oct. 9th as they said to check back the next week and they said 1 more week. Not an issue, they did say 5-6 weeks.

Called back today (Oct 15th) and was told not until the end of the month. No other explanation was given.

So which delivery date was the lie? The initial 5-6 week quote? Or the second time I was told 1 more week? Will I even get my mattress before the end of the month?

10/27 called on 10/23 and got a "guaranteed" date of 10/29....

10/29 got it!

Great selection of beds and mattresses - plus other furniture. Also, they will arrange delivery for very reasonable fee. Family owned, low overhead, great prices, and the customer service is follow-up from the salesperson - no BOTS! How refreshing.
I just bought a really cool queen bedframe and a coffee table. Laura sold me both and monitored the delivery and assembly which took place the very next day. She texted me update on delivery time and the delivery took place on time and assembled very efficiently and quickly.
Highly recommend - ask for Laura - she's great!!
