Bedrosians Tile & Stone

This review is about an amazing woman named Monique. Monique was able to help us choose tile and grout for an extensive home build from the ground up project. We came into the store on multiple occasions to be sure we got each detail right and Monique never disappointed.

She is over the top knowledgeable and offers just the right amount of input to assist you with your project without being overbearing or imposing her tastes over yours. She strikes just the right balance which is such an asset and an increasingly lost art.

Aside from these points, Monique absolutely knows her stuff. She has worked in the industry for a very long time and can advise even the crustiest tradesmen that need to place complex orders - carefully calculating square footage and determining needed materials accordingly. I simply can't say enough good things about her skills in this industry but I would be remiss if I didn't also mention her easy to work with character.

Through the months, we have come to just adore Monique as a person. She is warm and engaging, never overbearing, always appropriate and forever consistent. She has helped us so much and the process has been a complete pleasure.

Dear Bedrosians management: A word of advice... treat her well and do what it takes to keep her around. She is more than worth it!

Awesome shop with loads of options for home remodel and improvements, everything from signs back in their warehouse and tiles and stuff they can also order for you! Then woman up front helped me look for a specific tile and though we couldn't find it, I appreciated that she tried. Another gentleman asked if he could help ... the customer service is terrific. They have tons of beautiful tiles, eg. From Morocco one of which we picked for our kitchen. The parking is plentiful and free up front and guess what? They're open on Sat!

We came to bedrosian because we wanted to get the Cloe tile after seeing it on all these Inspo photos we wanted to make sure it would work with our kitchen remodel.

The showroom was very easy to navigate and provided great ideas and visuals.

We ended up not only getting the popular Cloe tile but also for some pretty marble for our fireplace as well!

I highly recommend working with Monique. She helped us in our new home project, imparting her knowledge with out being pushy- I thought she would get tired of all the switches of plans as it took me weeks before I finally chose what I wanted. She totally got it and gave as much help as she could along the way. I've dealt with others in this business who acted like they knew a lot more than they did. Monique is the opposite - very humble and laid back - that's why I wanted to leave this review .. she's the oyster with the pearl inside.

Fantastic selection of great quality tile and beautiful color. I found exactly what I needed (it had to complement travertine and pebble tile in the same bathroom) quickly. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I placed the order and it arrived in a few days at another store, which was closer to the construction site. Very efficient and helped move my project forward!

And not even acknowledged or asked if we needed help or can you wait a moment if you need help ! After 20 min yes 20 in the store we walked out ! This btw is the second chance to this store as we tried years ago and same thing happened . Word of advice to you business if you are reading this , acknowledge your potential customer that might be spending a lot of money in your store. In today's world, you need customers.we would not visit your store again nor recommend for service . If you customers don't mind that go for it otherwise plenty plenty of other places you can go to get the same types of tile and better service.

We have had a really terrific experience with Bedrosians and specifically through the help of their SSF store Manger Martin - We had a complete home remodel done and chose Bedrosians tile and stone throughout the home. Bathrooms, fireplaces, kitchen floors and backsplash. The team was extremely helpful - always going out of there way to help with design ideas and give you an honest assessment of the materials, availability and quality. I never felt like I was being directed to buy anything but always felt like I was informed about the pros and cons of each material.

Martin also made sure we were happy at every step. Not only did he give us terrific pricing (beating every competitor out there) he also made sure that follow up orders and timing needs were all met. The whole experience for us was absolutely amazing over a 7 month remodel period. We are so pleased with the quality of the materials and the service and pricing we received and would recommend this store and dealing with Martin (and the rest of the team) without reservation.

I just picked up the tile I ordered at Bedrosians in Rancho Cordova and it looks nothing like the sample I was given. They said I could not return it because it was a special order. It was a discontinued tile. I am so disappointed- be aware!

We went to Bedrosians to purchase tile for our bathroom remodel. Monique helped us out through the whole process. I have to say I was very pleased at how attentive she was to our needs and how patient she was in helping us pick our bathroom tiles. She was very knowledgeable about her products and very helpful in giving us advice in designing our bathroom. I highly recommend for anyone who goes there to ask for Monique.

Had 'special order' tile delivered and when I got it, looked nothing like I expected. Was told I could not return it b/c they drove it up from Irvine. What complete BS - terrible customer service. Only reason I did not give one star is the lovely ladies at reception (who don't make this decision) were very nice. The owner should rethink his return policy when what he delivers looks like something from the Flintstones ... beware of purchasing anything 'special order' from Bedrosians and make sure you absolutely want it!
