Beekeeper Nova

Each season we have bees come along and make their hive in our oak tree. The main problem was that they would be walking on the ground during the day and we would wake up to a sea of dead bees on our drive way as I guess at night they would be attracted to the dim security lights. At the time we had a dog and from time to time he would have a stinger on his paw. I'm prior seasons we had contacted a few but either the price was too high or it was difficult to schedule something. This year the wife found beekeeper nova and Swvin responded promptly to a direct message and he came out in a few days. The bee hive opening is roughly 20 feet up in the tree. Swvin did not hesitate to climb up his ladder and take out all of the old hive, fill it with a mud mixture, and apply three to four wire meshes to keep the bees from getting back in. While he was up there we talked and he answered all of my bee questions.

When it did get warm, those honey bees really wanted back in. Each day they just tried and tried to get in. About three weeks later we are in the house and hear the loudest buzzing from the backyard. It was a huge cloud of bees and they really were trying to get in. About an hour later the swarm was gone. Later in the week my daughter noticed they would land close to the lower mesh and walk right in so somehow they got back in.

I messaged Swvin and he said he would come out after the storms. He came out the following week and said they had broken through a rotting portion of the oak. He took out the new honeycombs that were built and meshed up the new opening.

I recommend Swvin if you have any bee removal needs even if it's up high in a tree!

Nova was able to come on the same day and helped me remove a few bee hives. He's super experienced and reasonable.

We contacted Nova through messages on Yelp for hornet nests we saw. He replied within a couple of days and came by a few days later to address the hornets we had in our attic. He was very thorough and removed all of the nests that we saw and answered all our questions about what to do in preventing them in the future. I have not seen them come back and it has been about 4 months now. Highly recommend!

I called Nova on a weekday evening about a wasp nest burrowing into the side of our house, expecting an appointment within a week, and he came within the hour to remove it at like 7 PM!
It was in a tricky location- they had gone through a vent outside, above the ceiling, and burrowed inside.
He explained what he needed to do, and even showed us the crazy wasp nest that he removed.
My kids always swarm people and ask them a bunch of questions- so I extra appreciated that he was kind to and patient with them.
It cost us $750, and he guarantees the work in the same area for 1 year.

I noticed a swarm of probably 1000+ bees on a post on our patio. We called Nova and he was on his way here within 1 hour. Interestingly, the bees all left before he got here. I felt bad because I had to call him off but he was very gracious even though he was almost here. Will definitely use him next time.

I called on a weekday morning and he was able to get to my house within a couple hours. I had noticed there were bees coming in and out of a wall and wanted it to be taken care as soon as possible. He was very professional and said the bees were scouting and hadn't created a nest yet. Sealed up the holes and said to call again if there were any problems. Thank you for quick service!

Very reasonable price for service and came the Monday morning for complementary quote when I put in the Yelp message on the Saturday. My tenant met with Svwen but I was able to. When decided to go with him based on the reasonable estimate he came back Tuesday morning and took care of 9 small wasp nests.

I recommend this business. They do a good job as they have good communications and provide a good service. Services included bee removal and relocation, pollination services, bee sales, honey sales.

He's great! He was able to come to my house within the hour of me contacting him about some wasps that have been buzzing around my front door. Unfortunately, he couldn't do much about them without a nest to remove, but he gave me advice about how to deter them from scavenging around my front door. Have not seen any wasps since I followed his advice!
