Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air

Today was the first time using Bell Brothers plumbing service and I will definitely contact them again for future plumbing issues.

I called for service because there was a leak under the kitchen sink. The technician, Eduardo Luna, immediately saw that the drain trap was loose. He tightened the trap and solved the issue. I was not charged a service charge, only a small dispatch fee. Thank you, Bell Brothers, and Eduardo, for your prompt and honest service!

We had our AC recently serviced. Brian Garcia did (by far) the best job of explaining what he saw and how best to utilize our inspection service. He was also able to point out previous issues that we were unaware of.

We had our HVAC system replaced by Bell Brothers @ 9 years ago and chose to purchase the yearly maintenance package (well worth it in my eyes).

Bell Brothers are very professional and friendly. We chose to get the Yearly Membership and have been very pleased with the service. We recently had our yearly check up and the representative checked the furnace and cleaned it; checked the AC compressor and cleaned it; checked all the vents; checked the intake for the Heating and AC system and changed our air filter. Excellent work and we feel very well taken care of!

Braden did a fantastic job, explaining what he did and showing me the before and after pictures. He was courteous, professional and he kept our area clean.

All the tech's have been professional, competent and courteous. They explain what they are doing without a high pressure sales pitch. They take pic's and video's of their observations, instilling trust & confidence.

I feel the level of service for the price is a fair deal. I certainly recommend them.

I have used Bell Bros for 3 major projects for my former condo. I had them replace my water heater, install a water softener, and replace my HVAC!

I am happy with the installations. The installers arrived on time and even cleaned up after they were done.

Whenever I had to contact Bell Brothers, they always responded quickly. They have a availability to fit your schedule. Every person from Bell Brothers is customer service focused.

With my HVAC replacement, it also included a Nest Thermostat! That was my favorite part. I loved having access to my thermostat from my phone!

Since I moved, I have yet to find a company that offers an affordable HVAC replacement!

I would consider using Bell Brothers again in the future!

Within the last year I spent a lot of money with a new heating and air conditioning. Everything was good they came when they said, I was ok. I get the service which is an extra yearly expense and to get them to get an appointment it was 2 months out and they didn't show up. When I called the office to inquire the girl first told me they came and the hadn't. Next she told me the worker called and someone told them we went with another service because we had to wait so long for an appointment. None of which was true. She was a little bit rude. The tech came out the next afternoon and was very personable, respectful and very nice.
