Great service done quickly! I needed my garbage disposal fixed. Bell Plumbing sent Juan Rayas the next day. In 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue and recommended that I purchase a special plug to fix it (Bell didn't carry the part for my old garbage disposal). All this FREE OF CHARGE. I was very impressed and appreciative. I had to order the part ($40), plugged it in and it works again. Thanks Bell Plumbing

Bell plumbing is terrific. we had a major leak from our backflow pipe they responded first thing in the morning Freddy was terrific he cleaned it out stopped the leak and could not have been more helpful and friendly

And since he found and fixed the issue so quickly he gave us a very reasonable bill . So happy we found this company! They serve the entire penninsula. I recommend them to all who apply . Bell plumbing was quick to respond to my inquiry of a leak. Although they weren't able to find the leak on the first day, they were thorough in following up with me and giving me tips to troubleshoot to find the source. Once we had more ideas on the behavior of the leak and what it could be, they were quick to come out to verify and fix the leak.

The techs were thorough and showed me what was wrong and how they fixed things. They also were able to provide recommendations and concerns about other parts of the plumbing in the house, in an honest way without pressuring to up sale and giving multiple solutions.

Even after the leak was fixed, the tech continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was okay and I didn't have any issues persisting.

Freddy gave me a fair estimate. He and his partner Glen came to install PRV for main water shut-off and toilet angle stop replacement. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. According to his explanations, the previous owner and technician did a poor work on installing the angle stop and pipes. So he worked extra hour to cut open the wall to replace copper pipe and angle stop without extra charges.

Sorry but this review is very overdue but better late than never. Steve was the technician who came to my house to fix a faucet that was broken. I initially thought the entire faucet would need to be replaced because the broken faucet handle couldn't be fixed. However Steve was able to quickly reattach the handle for me and didn't charge me anything. Nowadays when most service providers charge $200-$300 to simply come and diagnose the problem, I really appreciated this act of generosity. I will definitely be reaching out to them again when I do really need to fix something in the future. Thank you again!

We had a great experience with Bell Plumbing.
Estimators Freddy and Glen arrived quickly and explained in detail what needed to be done. The work was also scheduled very quickly. In two days Alejandro, Glen, Caesar and Marco installed a new toilet and replaced all the sewer pipes in the basement. This was a huge job on a lot of extremely old plumbing and everything came out looking great. Caesar even redesigned the pipes to make it easier to walk through the basement. Plumbing concerns we had for years were addressed and resolved. The seamless interchange between the team, supervisors and office made communication about our project progress clear and transparent. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.
I say do not wait to call Bell Plumbing if you have plumbing issues.
