They offer paint recycling, but only one five-gallon container per day with no flexibility at all. I've bought a lot from them and still, they required me to make a second trip. What a waste of time.

I will think twice about buying from them again

This is not my first time ordering from Benjamin Moore store, but each time has been so easy! The people( and I think one is the owner, but I'm not positive) that work there are very helpful and genuinely down to earth. When I call with questions, they are most helpful without degrading me. Online ordering is simple and merchandise is ready for pickup in a few hours.

This store has a pretty good inventory with paints and painting materials. I discovered this place about 2 years ago when we opened our own floral studio just couple of doors down the street. We got all necessary paints that we needed for our studio and everything turned out great.

Staff and owners are very knowledgable about everything that you might need to know from painting small furniture to indoor/outdoor walls or even building facades. Definitely coming back here as much as I needed paint...and to paint project!!!

Natura Paint by Benjamin Moore is amazing - absolutely zero VOCs. Painted in a very small room with no ventilation and did not smell anything at all - no hidden chemicals either as we did not get any headaches or experience any breathing trouble. The paint covered very well with 2 coats and dried quickly. I also used the Natura primer which was also VOC-free and dried quickly. This is premium paint - currently the most eco-friendly paint on the market, therefore the price per gallon is considerably more than your Home Depot paint. Highly recommended!

(I've used Mythic paints which is also VOC-free, but that paint did not cover well and dried 'tacky' - it took over a month for it to completely cure.)

Why go anywhere else? First, I didn't know they were so close to my house. Easy parking and extremely convenient to get to.

Service: WONDERFUL! I went in and knew what I needed. I was immediately helped and was out of there with 4 gallons of paint in 10 minutes. I did need some advice and was given great advice on the colors for the ceiling which ended up beautiful. They also matched a color that I had found at Lowes. I have to admit, I have painted only with Benjamin Moore and actually tried Valspar, Lowes' signature paint. I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of paint. I only got a few samples, but that was enough for me to go back to Lowes.

Paint quality: I know Benjamin Moore is a little on the pricier side, but to be honest it comes out about equal since you have to apply 2 - 3 coats of paint with the cheaper stuff. I used Benjamin Moore Aura matte for my walls and they are beautiful. I will never use another paint (by the way, I had a color consultant actually tell me that this is the best paint and he wouldn't recommend any other.)

So with that said, I have painted my entrance, the living room and hallway creekside green. I think I'm taking a break, but my bedroom and my kids' bedroom will be horizon grey. I plan on painting my dining room either army green or artichoke for a dramatic effect.

Best paint ever AND they're open ALL WEEKEND LONG! No waiting for the garden dept or hardware dept guy to come mix your paint (sort of like working with someone who doesn't know how to count change using the cash register). I don't understand why a paint store would be closed on Sunday, forcing you to make the perfect decisions all in one day. Perfect paint, perfect wall, perfect.

I was buying my Benjamin Moore Paint from Cole Hardware until I realized this store even existed. A great paint store with lots of paint swatches.I recommend it.
