I had a great experience going to Ben's Auto Repair.
Ben was easy to talk to and his place is very clean and organized.
He did a great job on my brakes and his prices were really fair and reasonable.
He was able to take me right in and his turn around time was super efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

One day while driving home from work, I felt my car suddenly began to drag. It went away, and then it came back. I took it into another auto repair place, which didn't help fix the problem, and the quote was astronomical. But Ben's auto repair was different. They were very upfront with me about what was wrong. They did a full diagnostic and they quoted me the price for replacing the parts. They were also very helpful in making sure that I completely understood what needed to be done and I felt that they were transparent in the process and they also have a very loving and old school touch to the way that they do business. My car is running better than ever!

Searched for a decent local mechanic for some transmission work and found this place even though it's kind of hidden - I've passed by its location for years not knowing it ever existed.

Spoke to Ben's son (I think) and Linh also - because it was a sensor and not a more complicated transmission work, they were able to run diagnostics and also do the repair. It wasn't cheap, but my car runs great now.

I'll likely bring my car here for future work...

Ben seems to be a good man of integrity. He has cared for and maintained more than one of my vehicles over many years!
Ben has been upfront with me when it's best to take my current car to the dealer.
I realize that he's been in business for a long time so there are a few new faces but I still hold Ben (the owner) in high regard.
Thank you for not taking advantage and also having a reassuring tone when we speak about car issues, which can be stressful.

I had a problem with my PT Cruiser and after months of trying to get it repaired I finally came upon Ben's Auto! I thank the Lord for directing me to this repair shop! First of all, Ben, the owner was the nicest gentleman I had ever encountered in ay repair shop I have ever done business with and I have been driving for over 60 yeas. Also, one of his repair techs (sorry i forget his name) was very thorough in explaining the problem with my car. As well as was Ben himself. I must say i was delighted with the finished result....MY CAR WAS FIXED..and the price was very reasonable. I have 2 automobiles and from now on I will be using Ben's Auto service as my go-to Mechanic!

Ben is honest and will tell you the truth rather than trying to make a buck off you. I brought in my older car with an expensive repair needed, and he was really clear that it might not be worthwhile to repair, and that he doesn't see a lot of my model of car with a higher mileage in the shop.

We have been taking our cars to Bens for years! Today I needed a smog test. When I arrived the mechanic was busy but stopped what he was doing to help me. I told him i could wait but he immediately started on my car and finished smog test on the car in what seemed just a few minutes.
That's why I've been going to Bens for years!

I found my new mechanic! All started from a phone call for an estimate on my uncles air intake tub tear...my old mechanic Paul 777 wanted $300.00! When calling...Ben autoshop was nothing but pleasant and he was so honest...very kind. I set an appt for 11/11/22 @8:30am. He gave me an estimate $60.00 the parts...and explained labor n taxes...total was $135.00 but he gave me a DISCOUNT! he is so sweet & had great conversations about off roading.
Bring then some pastries or food...they are so kind. I definitely brought doughnuts for the team before I even met them...I highly recommend Ben's!

Ben's auto is a great place to get your car repaired. Ben is a wonderful person and his employees are as well. I highly recommend Ben's auto for all your auto needs the kindest sweetest place in the whole area. He gets 1000 stars not just five.

My dad's 1995 car failed its smog test... I started calling around many licensed smog repair shops, only to be told they cannot work on the car. I finally found Ben's Auto Repair and Kaz, Ben's nephew, assured me they'll take care of the issue. After Ben's mechanic worked on the car, it was able to pass its smog test! Woo-hoo!

Very kind and very professional . Tries to get the car fixed correctly as well as quickly. I would highly recommend Bens auto repair too anyone.
