Beretta Divisadero

I came here for the first time solo a few weeks back, and I was thrilled at how great of an experience I had from the moment I walked in until I left.

I was greeted immediately by the host who accommodated my request to sit at the bar, and then I very quickly met a server, George, and a bartender whose name I cannot remember who introduced me to the menu and made some great recommendations. I ended up taking up the both the bartender's suggestion for the drink (coughlin's law), which was delicious, as well as George's recommendation for the food (it was a stuffed chicken breast that was to die for).

In the late evening, this restaurant's lighting was beautiful. With the big windows, the restaurant seemed big yet intimate without feeling too crowded despite being full inside. It also wasn't too loud, and I got to meet and chat with some folks sitting next to me at the bar. We even exchanged bites of food and sips of our drinks so we could try more of the menu, and now I have to go back! 10/10 experience, and a big shoutout to George!

Always one of the most solid spots in the city for some delicious food and balanced cocktails. I'm a low abv cocktail girly, myself, so I was super happy they had a few difference choices for me! The Hugo Spritz was a winner incredible bruschetta, meatballs, burrata, and Caesar salad

Great first time experience. We were hanging out at the Painted Ladies Park when dinner time rolled around. I did a search for a place to eat, and guess what restaurant came up? We got a sausage pizza and a couple drinks - not enough to give a full review, but enough to know I would love to return.

I came to Beretta on a Friday and had a reservation. Although we were running late, they sat as right away and gave us options on which table we would prefer. Our server came and took our order quite quickly, recommending a great red wine. My friend also got an espresso martini which was amazing.

I was not as impressed with the food, and found the dishes lacking flavor. The broccolini was our first appetizer and it was under cooked (steamed) with no seasoning other than garlic pieces added on top which did not give it any depth. We also ordered the bread with cheese on top which was considerably better, with very creamy burrata cheese and a nice crunch to the bread.

For the mains, we ordered cacio e pepe pasta, chicken, risotto, and endive salad. The pasta was good texture and creamy, but again a little bland. The chicken had a great texture too, very moist and easy to cut. However, it didn't have any noticeable herbs or kick to the spices. We did ask for chili oil and flakes which helped. After we finished our dishes we were going to order another round of drinks but couldn't seem to get a hold of a waiter, so after a while we got the check. I was surprised but the food, as I really love the Beretta in Mission.

I love the vibe of this place. It's perfect for a happy hour or dinner. We ordered the bartenders pizza and the chicken Parm. I've also tried the walnut bread before the lasagna and they are so good. I love how spicy the pizza is. They have red peppers on it and of course, the buratta is delicious. This place is great and never gets old and I love both locations.

Ambiance: Clean, modern and chic. Spacious with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating.

Service: Very slow. Almost forgot to take our order. We had to remind them. And the place was empty. Hardly 3-4 customers on a weekend afternoon.

Loved the Roasted Beets with goat cheese salad! So fresh and vibrant, pairs perfectly with a carb heavy meal. The margarita burrata pizza was a delight. Lastly finished off with the tiramisu. Reservation recommended on the weekends.

Had a wonderful brunch this afternoon, Beretta has such great food; their Caesar salad in particular is so fresh! Also really enjoy their margarita pizza. Rone the host was very attentive and welcoming, and Evan the Bartender made delicious drinks and was very hospitable.. thank you guys, will definitely be back!

This is more of an ambiance restaurant. Food is barely mediocre. Mushroom Risotto was more on the bland side. Pizza was decent. Cocktail was just okay. They do automatically add 18% service charge.

Street parking can be busy but you'll end up finding something eventually.

This is a great restaurant for a girls night dinner. The ambiance is very modern and they have lots of seating options (outdoor with heating and indoor options).

We had the margarita pizza and the burrata pizza with gluten free crust. Both were really great and I enjoyed the flavors but it wasn't anything special. They definitely don't go light on the toppings making the price more acceptable. We ended the night with the ice cream drizzled with olive oil and salt and the tiramisu. I really enjoyed the ice cream the most - the salt and olive oil was a unique combination I hadn't tried before.

Though the food and ambiance was great I was not impressed by the service. The staff was not the friendliest and it was hard to get their attention. They also accidentally charged us 6 shots that were ordered by the table next to us - so make sure to check your receipt!
