The best cleaning service we ever had so far. We are a house with 2 adults, two doggies and a baby, so you can imagine the amount of work that is. They came to our place and they were so respectful.

They asked nearly the end, if there was anything we would like them to do, and if everything looked according to our expectations. Above and beyond with the services.

Ps. The little details were the best, like folding the towels in a cute way, and how they organized my daughter's toys.

I scheduled a Move Out cleaning - and the team did a great job! Was quick and easy to schedule, they covered all the key spots I requested, and the place looks spotless. Will schedule again for future move outs.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon Berryclean! First, they are super responsive and the communication was quick and friendly--i got all my qs answered immediately. They also send out reminder emails leading up to your upcoming appointment which was a nice touch.

I also love how convenient it is to book an appointment on their website and how upfront their pricing is. I made an appointment for the deep clean service for a 3 bed/3bath and added on the wall cleaning service. There were four lovely ladies who came to the unit and it took them approximately 5 hours.

I can't say enough good things about the 4 lovely ladies who came to service my unit--they left the unit looking immaculate! They were so thorough and really paid attention to the details (ex: when making the final pass at mopping the floors, they all wore shoe covers and started from the back and made their way to the front door so they wouldn't backtrack and step on the mopped floor).

I was originally going to ask my contractor to repaint the walls due to all the scuff marks and dirtiness left by the previous tenants but it would've costed a fortune, so i decided to add on the wall cleaning service instead. I honestly didn't have much hope for the walls but the ladies proved me wrong--the walls looked brand new! I was honestly in shock. They definitely saved me from having to repaint the walls!

I truly appreciate and respect the hard working employees at Berryclean. From start to finish, my experience with them has been nothing but pleasant and smooth--I couldn't be happier. I can't think of anything negative to say about Berryclean which is refreshing for a company in the service industry. I'm now a loyal client, thanks Berryclean!

I booked Berryclean for a 2BR deep cleaning, but the quality of the work was less than what I expected for their rates. The floors had large areas of stains remaining, all the light shades were untouched, and the kitchen cabinets still had grease stains remaining. The apartment was not particularly dirty, as regular cleaning is done, so I expected a better quality than what I got. But the surprising thing was that when I wrote my comments back to the company for comments on the job, I did not hear back from them. I was expecting a call or email to clarify why I was not particularly impressed with the work, but no, nothing.

They felt I should be impressed that the window sills were vacuumed and wiped and that the fridge was cleaned. That is standard fair, which I do every 6 months.

BTW, this is an empty apartment, so nothing was obstructing their work.

After comparing a few rates and options, we selected BerryClean for our home cleaning service because of their fair prices, flexible options, good reviews, and easy communication and scheduling. Overall, we were pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism.

The quoted price (also available on their website) was fair compared to other places I spoke with. Though we live in a 2B2B home, we only wanted 1 room & 2 bathrooms cleaned. They were flexible in the rates for that and didn't force us to pay the 2B2B price.

The crew arrived on time and ready with all their supplies. They were thorough and detail-oriented, cleaning everything from my cabinets, to the top of the fridge, to all our baseboards. It was beyond what I expected for a regular cleaning. We are pleased with their service and will likely be calling BerryClean again!

Cecilia and Beatriz just gave our home a deep clean that went above and beyond the expectations we had for our first service from BerryClean. They went room by room over many hours, with a level of thoroughness and care that left me feeling really grateful as someone about to bring a newborn into this space. Our place hadn't seemed particularly dirty to me...but now I'm realizing the nooks and crannies that needed attention. Cecilia and Beatriz were on time, brought warm energy, worked super diligently and efficiently, and did an incredibly thorough job. Everything is definitely the cleanest we've experienced it since moving in years ago. Would recommend their service to anyone!

The BerryClean is the best.
We hired them two weeks ago for general house cleaning and they amazed how good they were. I didn't know that my house was this messy until they came. Veronica and Telma came on time, they explained the general play of the cleaning process. They worked very efficiently, and did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied with them. We are planning on doing monthly service with them from now on.

Today was my first time using BerryClean/a housekeeping service and I can't wait to book again. Carolina showed up to my apartment right on schedule and she stayed for nearly four hours! For reference, I booked the basic clean and not the deep clean.

Seeing as I'm not moving in/out, I didn't want to book a deep clean but my place needed a pick-me-up. I wasn't sure if a basic clean was going to be enough for what I wanted to get cleaned-- I was wrong. When Carolina arrived, I have a sink full of dishes, bed without sheets (duvet interiors unraveled), couch full of blankets. and dust everywhere. The place was a mess.

Carolina's attention to detail was amazing. I had a water bottle on my nightstand that was dirty that I didn't want to bother her with, she went ahead and washed it anyway. They fold your paper towels/bath towels in fancy patterns. She cleaned between the fridge and sink, she even got my radiator. My bathroom is sparkling clean, and I mean SPARKLING. My apartment smells amazing right now.

Seeing as Carolina stayed for nearly four hours, I'd say you definitely get what you pay for. She really took her time and as I read the other reviews, it appears the other employees do the same.

If you're getting a cleaning from BerryClean, I'd recommend requesting Carolina to be on your team-- she does a very thorough job and her attention to detail is impeccable. I've seen great things about all the other employees on BerryClean but I wanted to give Carolina a big shoutout!

I am going to continue to book with BerryClean for future services and will vouch for them in the future :)

Today was the latest cleaning of our home by BerryClean. The team this time was Alma and Lucrecia. Alma and Lucrecia did the excellent job of cleaning that we are used to by a BerryClean team.

They were meticulous in every detail. They were on time, they were thorough, we have a clean house.

We have been BerryClean customers for several years and have always been pleased with the communication with the company and with the work done by the teams they send out.

We chose BerryClean based on the numerous good reviews for deep cleaning apartments. Prior to moving into the condo, we requested a move-in deep clean done. Unfortunately, both the cleaning job and service provided were disappointing experiences. After the "cleaning service," the apartment is still very dirty and we are having to clean everything ourselves again. Some of the things we found left behind include a pacifier, floss pick, coins, nails still on the floors, plus tons of dust vacuumed up from the carpet. The kitchen is another story.

Customer Service wise -- For deep cleaning the 2 bedroom space, they said they would send 4 people and we paid their hefty quote. Instead, they sent only 2 people and one of them was watching YouTube on the phone.

We really needed the cleaning done and trusted in this company, however, this experience was extremely disappointing.
