I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marcia from Best Bay Area Cleaners for my 1-bedroom apartment. Marcia's thoroughness extended to cleaning not only the general areas but also specific appliances. She meticulously cleaned the fridge, oven, and microwave, leaving them spotless.
What impressed me even more was the attention to detail in the bedroom. Marcia neatly folded items and even took the time to make the bed. It's these personalized touches that truly set Best Bay Area Cleaners apart.

I requested a deep cleaning, that included a lot of dusting shelves, ceiling fans and window cleaning. Overall, with the amount of work I requested, the crew did a good job. There were a few areas the crew missed dusting on top of a book shelf and vacuuming under two rolling end tables. Had the crew not missed those areas, I would have given them five stars.

Best Bay Area Cleaners live up to their name! Requested last minute service as we had family surprising us and had to have our house spotless prior to their arrival. Best Bay Area responded quickly to our message and was able to get a crew out to us in no time. They totally did an AWESOME job for our kitchen, living room and bathroom. Spic and span spotless from top to bottom and een folded out towels in a cool way. Great value for a super fast turnaround and super affordable. They responded quickly and were able to come the next day.. The thoroughness and quality of cleaning was outstanding. The people and customers service are exemplary. The cost was a little better than the others. I'm happy to have a housekeeper.

This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. Erica is so responsive and communicative and Sylvia who did the cleaning was so sweet and ridiculously thorough. I am pretty sure it is cleaner in here than when I moved in. Every detail was accounted for and the price is totally affordable and reasonable. Sylvia even made my couch and 5 million blankets and throws look so cute and stylish!

I'm not sure what level of service is normal since this is my first time using a cleaning service, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks to anyone.

My place was decently clean/livable but disorganized, so I didn't know what to expect, but I certainly didn't expect such an amazing level of detail.

These cleaners always leave our house looking amazing for a very reasonable price! The communication is great and the cleaning is always consistent. I love the little touches like the towels folded into a bow or the toilet paper freshly sealed! We found this company after another company cancelled on us and now we'll never go back. I am changing my review to 5 stars and would have done so sooner, but was just busy with work/traveling.

Erica followed up with me multiple times the next day. She was very receptive to and appreciative of my feedback. She agreed that what I received was not a "deep cleaning," but rather more in line with a basic regular cleaning and refunded me another $50.

Obviously, my experience with the actual cleaning was not what I expected, but I feel like the cost after being refunded a portion of my payment was now in line with the level of cleaning I received. The customer service and follow up by Erica afterwards went above and beyond.

Nobody is perfect, and working with customers in a service based industry can be tough. You can tell Erica values her customers and wants them to be 100% satisfied. In addition to the refund on this cleaning, she's offered several solutions for future cleanings to ensure a better experience moving forward.

I was ready to move on from Best Bay Area Cleaners, but because of Erica's follow up, actions, receptiveness to feedback, and top notch customer service, I'm now strongly considering using them on a regular bi-weekly basis. I feel confident that Erica will take the necessary measures to ensure her customers are well taken care of.

LOOK NO FURTHER! Erica and her team were an absolute DREAM. I cannot express how amazing she was in accommodating for our unique situation. Our grandmother was going through a difficult time and had trouble letting items go. Her studio apartment not only needed cleaning, but how had many items that needed to be sorted. Long story short, Best Bay Area Cleaners achieved everything we wanted and more. My family and I highly recommend them. Also, special shout-out to Marcia! She was such a joy to be around.
