Exceptional experience with this company. They were the top pick of the owner of an auto body shop I've been using for 30+ years - since he's been around so long and seen so many people, that said a lot about them to start.

Quick reply to my initial inquiry, easy to talk to and work with and set things up for my daughter's car, less expensive than any of the big name auto glass companies. Then they showed up right when they said they would, set expectations for how long it would take (and then finished slightly before that), did a perfect job and cleaned up after themselves to the point that you couldn't tell anything had been done - just a perfect new windshield.

Can't ask for much more than that! Will definitely use them again in the future for anything we need.

I called other windshield repair and almost fell out of my chair while calling. Called Best Pros auto glass and spoke with Nick and he was so polite and informative that i decided to go with this company. I called Best Pros Auto Glass to replace two windsheilds in some work trucks. They were extremely professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. They set me up with a scheduled service that worked with my schedule and delivered an on-time presence. Danny and Nick got right to work and were able to have the trucks finished within said timeframe. Business practice like this are hard to come by so you can bet that they're now listed as my perferred vendor for auto glass repair in my company.

I don't usually write reviews and they didn't ask me to buy I am so happy that I was recommended Best Pros, that I felt the need to write one! Nick and Danny arrived earlier than scheduled because the weather forecast showed it was going to rain during the scheduled time. They called and asked if it was okay for them to come early. They got the job done efficiently but with attention to detail and jussst in time before it started to rain. These guys are professional, they have a passion for what they do and it shows.

These guys are incredible. My husband and I had a cracked front windshield and we called these guys and they quoted a very reasonable quote. They came out same day, and came to US at our residence. They were accommodating, friendly, convenient, hard-working, and did an amazing job! These guys rock!!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! They saved the day!

Jaime and James do great work. Showed up early and finished within an hour. I've used other companies but I'm only going to use best pros from now on.

They were recommended by Mc Coy Mills Ford and I completely understand why. Their prices are lower the five other companies that I called. They came to my house right away and brought two different types of replacement glass; one that was used but slightly worn and another that was brand new. I opted for the used one because it was half the cost of a new one and barely worn. They also went the extra mile to vacuum up all the broken glass from my car and the driveway. It turned out that I needed a new motor for my windshield wiper and they even went to Mc Coy Mills Ford to pick it up for me and install it.
Everyone at their company is super duper nice and I highly recommend them above all others.

These guys are quick, good and friendly. Broken window on Friday - replaced Monday. Jaime made sure our order was correct. He came to us and handled the repair. Minimal downtime of our vehicle. We will be using these guys always going forward!

These guys showed up to my house the same day I called to repair a crack in my windshield, and did an amazing job in no time at all. Really affordable as well. I'd recommend their services to anyone that needs them
