We had a leak near the water meter and called Yaro. He was onsite in less than an hour. He quickly determined the leak was coming from before the meter and informed me it was an EBMUD issue. He didn't charge us for coming out to assess the situation. I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism. Thanks Yaro!

I contacted Yaro through Yelp after I discovered that our sink was leaking. Yaro was more organized in his communication as compared to some other businesses who also responded on Yelp.

Most importantly, he had an available slot to come by and take a look at our sink on the same day. He showed up as promised. He was very clear upfront that his initial visit to diagnose the issue is complimentary. Once he figured out what the issue was, he gave us a quote which we accepted.

He had next day availability to come and fix it. He showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, even wiped the area with some mold repellant solution.

It's been over a week since then and so far, the leak has not returned.

I needed to have our outside faucet fixed as it was leaking. The last plumber I used was no longer servicing plumbing jobs.

I sent a request using Yelp Projects Workspace. I received a very quick response from Yaro that he was able to come out for an estimate and same day service.

He arrived at the time promised, did a quick look, and fixed the leak within 90 minutes. He also noticed another leak on the irrigation line that would require another day to come back and complete. He came back and fixed it on a Sunday! His rates were competitive, even for an ASAP job, and a Sunday finish.

We had a leak inside the wall from our bathroom upstairs. Yaro was very skilled to locate the leak (somehow several nails were pinned in the pipe). He needed to cut-open 3 rectangle holes to diagnose the leak. After the leak repair, he perfectly patched the drywall (and also painted it to match the original color).

As a comparison, while I asked for a quote from another company, they suggested to tear down the shower pan tiles (yeah, almost a remodel of the upstairs bathroom, and worse still, it won't fix the leak). We'd have gone through a very costly/painful experience if we used that company...

I have only good words for Yaro. I also need to mention that he inspected other pipes under our house and fixed a few other minor leaks. The whole job was done efficiently during the weekend, with a very reasonable price.

We had 3 different issues, one of which involved some digging in the hot summer weather. Yaro first came and gave us a reasonable quote and even suggested a change to our plumbing should help prevent future issues with our irrigation, then came on the day of the service and got everything done in a timely manner. Great service overall, and I didn't feel gouged.

Our bathtubs and toilets backed up last night and we called Yaro this morning. He came in a couple of hours, surveyed the situation, explained what was the probable cause, came back a few hours later (with Chris) and reseated 3 toilets and drain augered the offending roots. All for a very reasonable price. And he fixed our front door just because he thought it needed fixing. Yaro is professional, friendly, super-efficient, responsive, and thoughtful. We highly recommend him.

I called Yaro to fix a tub/shower diverter that had come out. Yaro called back within minutes, said he was already in our town and could come by in 20 min. to look at the issue. He fixed it within 15 minutes and didn't even charge us. How often does that happen in the Bay Area? Wow. We're keeping your card on our bulletin board, Yaro. Thank you.

Yaro is excellent he did a job for me last year so when my garbage disposal and my toilet acted up I called him right away. He's great he is quick he's very nice and efficient. I highly recommend him. He will come back next week for another job I have lined up for him.
