What an amazing company... My gen-air died. Getting a replacement was not easy. After several attempts to get a new stove top .... With several different companies a friend gave me phone number and his first name... I told him my problem ...and he said I'll be out late tomorrow afternoon.... He drive from Salinas , he looked at me and said I know you .. I installed you dishwasher years ago ...He came in looked at what the last electrician did pulled the stove top out of the box started to read and the instructions and said I have never installed one but I can can do this. After a couple of hours she said sorry the takes two big lifters to put this in... good bye...
David the owner, of big D came in lifted the stop top out trimmed the inset connected the new electrical outlet box as the old one was a hard wire box that was part of the stove. He cut the down draft pipe and between him and his team the y work like a surgeon in an operating room. I need the ... and the member already had the tool waiting for him. Then they lifted it backdown in to the stop he trimmed a little... as he was trimming his team member has the hose to the shop vac catching the parts cut off. Never in my life have I seen that done. They held the bright flashlight down on every thin David did. Do you have the part , cleaned and ready way his reply as he handed it to him. I was so impressed with him and his company. Very professional, team members were so polite... asking do you want us to take the old top and box that was out side on the deck. They picked up the took box and took out as David did the finishing touches... I flipped the power breaker on... When I came back into the kitchen he said look at this... he turned on the first two burners with a beautiful deem red glow...almost as if he was the doctor presenting me my first son that was born... then turn them off and turned the other two and the down draft ... I can't wait for my wife to get home and see what a fantastic job he did... I was worried that after Covid the company that were doing repair or installing appliances ect that were proud of their work were a thing of the past...but David of Big D shows you they are still professional that are willing to do the job...I recommend BIG D Appliance with five Stars to all

After our refrigerator gave out, we need something quick! Big D and team came to our rescue! We purchased a new fridge from BakerBrothers, and Big D delivered it the next morning! They checked all the boxes-- friendly, great communication, on time, cleaned before and after! Highly recommend!

Big D came and installed a new Bosch dishwasher for me. He arrived with a team of one and they removed the old dishwasher, unboxed the new one, installed, and tested in just under 30 minutes.

Dave is very easy to communicate with (texting works best) and will arrive when he says. His work is quality and his demeanor is very pleasant. He even recognized the previous appliances that he had installed in my home, years before I owned the house.

I have bookmarked his page here in Yelp and I would gladly use him again.

I had an appointment with Best Buy to have my new dishwasher installed. When BB failed to show up, I called and was told their system automatically canceled my appointment for no apparent reason. BB would not be able to do the install for 3 days.

I found Big D's Appliance Installation on Yelp and gave David a call. He was able to install my dishwasher with short notice and on the same day. David and his assistants installed the dishwasher within 30 minutes and did an excellent job. And they were professional, personable, and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business and will use them again when needed.

We recently purchased a new dishwasher and Big D's was assigned the installation. Not something I think much of normally, just take out the old dishwasher and install the new one with low drama.
Big D's was on another level. They had a crew of 3. Each member including Big D himself acted like a well-run pit crew at a car race. Everyone knew their role, Big D double checked all work, and they all did it with proficiency, and were quite pleasant to deal with besides. Wishing they did other work outside of the appliance selling companies they work for. They were great, I recommend them without reservation, and hope any installations I have in the future are Big D's. In fact, I will ask for them specifically. What a nice surprise exceeding expectations.

Dave asked me questions up front to know the scope of a job, and gave me a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. Then Dave scheduled the job, showed up on time, and completed the work in a professional manner. Dave charged me what he quoted and was on his way.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an appliance installation.

Big D's did an amazing job. They installed an over the range microwave very quickly and efficiently. The work area was spotless when they left and they took away the old microwave.
If I ever need appliance installation again, I will definitely call Big D's again!

Big D's Appliance Installation is Awesome. He offered to install a new cooktop for me within a day or two. Unfortunately I had to reschedule. Dave was so understanding and gave me a new appointment date that was right away and worked for me. He gave me a 2 hour window to arrive, called me when he was getting close by.
Dave and his crew showed up in time. The worked together and finished quickly. Dave had a flex gas line with him to replace our outdated one.
This team was GREAT. So polite and efficient. Really pleased with the service and the reasonable install rate.
