Big O Tires

Despite the sunburnt big O tire sign outside making it look like they are unreliable in general, they are actually pretty good at what they do, so don't let that fool you.

My experiences here have been exceptionally good, the well-charactered staff really take care of you good.

Only once did I have to take it back due to an imbalance on my tires after a tire change, but they took care of it with all honestly, and it really made the difference.

I have used and liked Big O Tires for many years they gave great service to my mother then to me my husband and my sons. Always quality service

Eric the Manager is rude and unprofessional on so many levels . Bought tires and he doesn't back up the free alignments. He becomes a bully and angry when you ask for it. I finally had to go elsewhere to get an alignment. Thank you Les Swaab for helping me out.
Eric insists on cash for work done and doesn't give receipts. I'm pretty sure he pockets the money and this is his side hustle. Off books from Big O tires, in fact I know it is I was told this from one of the employees.
I've read all the other reviews and it seems I'm not the only one that's had issues with Eric. My only question is why is he still working there. Bad Business

Got an alignment here for my Yukon after another shop declined to work on it since it was lifted.

Eric was pleasant, the WiFi in their waiting area is fast, and my truck was done in about an hour. Can't beat that!

Not even a month ago I had an alignment done at Big O Tires in Petaluma after buying a car in the area, but I live in American Canyon. They gave me a 1-year alignment warranty and recommended I have my tie rods replaced. Unfortunately the quote was super high ($500+, my shop did it for $250!) and instead I had it done by my shop as anyone else would. Fast forward to today I went over to Big O Tires in Napa to warranty out my alignment. Upon arrival technician was super nice, my review has nothing to do against the employee. Told him my issue and how I can't go all the way back to Petaluma. He called up his Supervisor or whatever she/he was and they basically said my warranty is voided due to not having the tie rods done with them. Told me to take it back to Petaluma when I clearly can't drive that far on new tie rods. Other than that they just said I'd have to pay again. What a ridiculous reason, all they care for is MONEY. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANY WORK DONE BY BIG O TIRES AGAIN PERIOD. I ended up just paying for another alignment as I can't do anything else today, the employee was nice enough to discount me $20! 5/5 stars for employee, 1/5 stars for Big O Tires itself. Just find a reputable shop that does alignment as well, would be a lot cheaper!

Just an update. LES SCHWAB fixed the problem left by Big O Napa.

LES SCHWAB DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME.

When my tires were done in Napa
(by Big O) they only put 4 out of 5 lug nuts back on. The manager at Big O mentioned that possibly the bolt the lug nut goes into was stripped and that's why their technician did not put one lug nut on.

WELL!!!! NOPE. Big O just missed putting a lug nut on.

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive going to Big O Tire for an wheel alignment on my 1980 Mercedes. As I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk by Joe Brainard. I explained what I needed. I also explained the past history of my old car. Joe is easy to talk to. He listened and understood everything I was talking about. Besides the wheel alignment I ask him to check out my non functioning A/C. By that time, I felt like I was talking to a good friend. They did a great Job aligning my car and they spent additional time checking my A/C system. The alignment turned out well. Joe had his tech check out the A/C system. And suggested what direction I needed to go with it. He only charged me for the very reasonable price for the alignment. I will be going back for tires, alignments A/C service and a place to buy interstate batteries. I have to say, Joe knows customer service. Which is rare these days. He is wonderful to deal with.

Joe made what should have been a terrible experience, a great experience. While waiting to get my tire fixed, Joe helped several customers, was personable, and went above and beyond what was expected. Highly recommend going to this location for any car trouble!

Really appreciate these guys! Good customer service, they stay in communication with you and get the job done in a timely manner. Eric is great and so is the rest of the team!
