Big O Tires

Okay I get by reading these reviews, they seemed to have tried to fraud a lot of people...but um it seems like most car places DO!! I went to shell in Menlo Park, I needed my tire patched up, the man looked at my tires and said what are you interested in, I said not to pricey, but quality tires, he said a-ha, I've found one and it's only 214/TIRE! and you definitely need all tires replaced!! I thought to myself, that seems ridiculous, I'd be spending about 1/10th of what my car COST! no way.. I leave and call Big-o tires, Rafi was super nice, he offered me their lower cost tire 70/tire, I decided to go with a good year tire which was 90 or so /tire. PLUS they were offering a 40 dollars off if you buy two tires. He told me Transportation of Motor Vehicles recommends that you put new tires on the front...implying I should get 4 tires... but I told him I just wanted to move the back to the front and put the new tires on the back, and he did just that. He didn't push me after that. Customer service was great, they finished in 40 minutes which was the perfect amount of time to walk to Target and pick up a few things. I will be back here for sure!!

Great service, great customer service. Ozzy and gilbert went put their way to drive 40 mins to get inventory to service my vehicle. The shop worked on my car until 6:30, after their operating hours.

Honest people, honest shop. Other negative review probably didnt get what they wanted and lash it out at them. It is what it is. Big o tires dont produce the brand of tires,they sell them. You cant blame them for poor quality products. You pay for what you ask for.

What a piece a shi@ company had a brand new tire installed. 35 days later. Blew out. Went to get it replaced says I did not buy the protection plan and since it has been 35 days can't do anything. What quality service will never go back.

I came in Saturday for a set of new tires. They were swamped and I was notified of the wait upon entering the store. They took the time to answer all questions and keep me informed. I highly recommend coming here for your car.

I purchased a Groupon for a Tire Rotation and Oil Change at Big O Tires. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. They struggled to process the Groupon, causing delays. The service took an excessive 3 hours, and they lacked oil filters in stock, leading to further delays. Unexpectedly, they didn't perform the tire rotation. Now I need to go elsewhere for the rotation. My recommendation is to avoid Big O Tires and opt for America's Tire Company--they match prices. They even match Walmart's low prices. Costco is also a reliable alternative. Additionally, I've attached images of the tires they didn't rotate and the nail I found in my tire after their lackluster service.

This place is a scam. They didn't provide a written estimate and when they called to say my car was ready they told me it would cost $400 more than what they had verbally quoted me. Said it was a "computer error." When I told them to take the new tires off so I could take the car elsewhere they magically came back to the originally quoted price. Total scam. I had them remove the new tires and I took my car to Beltran.

This review is a BIG thank you to Ozzy and the extended team at Big O RWC. Just solid folks who give the kind of service you don't get many places anymore. I was strung out with a big flat from the night before and needed some help replacing busted lugnuts on most of my tires. Ozzy jumped right in and helped me sort everything out -- he was an absolute pleasure to chat with and was super accommodating. It felt like I had gone to see a friend who was helping me figure out car trouble... 11/10 human. The team was great and they got my car fixed up as soon as they could so I was ready for a 4th of July road trip. Coming here for any tire issues in the future!!

Terrible experience, would avoid. I called ahead to see if there was a wait for tire alignment and was told there was no wait. When I arrived, another attendant, who had obviously not checked with the person who spoke to me informed me that there where two cars ahead of me and there will be a 1-hour wait. I left the car with them and was told I would get a call back when it's ready. When 1 and 1/2 hours went by and I did not get a call, I called back and I
was told that the car is ready that I should pick it up. When I came back to the store, I was told by another attendant that it was a mistake and my car is not ready and in addition, there would be another half an hour wait because there was another car ahead of me. Customer service is terrible bordering on rude. In addition, there was an attempt to hard sell me on a 3-year plan and pitch me on why buying tires at their store compared to Costco is way better. Overall, please avoid this place and go to another more customer friendly store.

I highly recommend going to this specific Big O Tires. My Turo renter let me know that he got a flat so he brought it to the local Big O Tires. Stephanie was able to help him out and let us know that there was a hairline crack on the Tesla rim. She let me know that i could either get it repaired or she advised me to order a used rim which she could help me do. She helped me think of price conscious decisions to save money. Excellent customer service and I will come back next time I have any tire issues.
