Great staff at this shop! They mounted my kart tire for my mini trike with no hassle. I will gladly do business with them again, no questions asked.

Bad service don't bring your car to Big-O.

They scratched my rim and they told me is not their fault. Corporate will be hearing from soon.

When you make a 3:00 Appt and they haven't even pulled your car into a bay by 4:05, then what the heck is an appointment for?

Their explanation that "cars were ahead of you" is Bad Business B. S. for "we pay no attention to our appointments" and then "we lie to you when you come in saying it will only take an hour or 90 minutes."

It is now 4:13 and still no car in bay.

They are mad because I confronted their sham appointments.

I dont recommend a shop that does not keep their commitments.

There are other Big O tire shops around. Take your car there.

The person working the counter was not the most informed didn't understand evs or plug in hybrid have a different type of tires compared to standard gas cars. Considering they specialize in tires, this is a little concerning. I also understand being busy and having to deal with unpleasant people sometimes but my customer service experience was mediocre at best.

If you want the center of your wheel caps destroyed come here they messed up my 22s they let the tire drop from the lift instead of putting it down by hand and they give the same excuse of it fell off when we worked on it, it's kinda ironic how it's a tire shop and they can't reinstall the Nissan center caps or srt caps which both are 60 dollars they won't did there mistakes the bar should be called

Honest and helpful staff. I do my oil changes here and get my tires. A bit pricey but worth it

I needed new tires and needed a place to do everything. One stop shop.

I made a previous mistake by purchasing tires at Costco only to learn they did everything BUT alignment. I had to go to another establishment JUST to do a wheel alignment. That can be a pain when you are limited on time because of kids and work.

So I was on the fence between two establishments that were familiar to me. The sales associate at the first establishment on the phone told me to call back another day to speak to someone else that could help me with ordering and comparing.

Big O Tires customer service was a lot more responsive and helpful. I spoke to Jacqueline who was very patient and helpful with a few choices and brands I was specifically looking for. She told me about sales but I was honestly looking to purchase specific brands of tires. The cost ended up being equivalent to Costco with similar tire warranties but this included a wheel alignment with a one year warranty.

We ordered the tires and set the appointment.

Alright, here is the bread and butter. They won me over with their customer service in purchasing. Now that they have my money. How was the service?

My appointment was at 8 (right when they opened). They were on time and processed me pretty fast. They said 2 hours to get the whole show done (four new tires w/ alignment on an SUV).

Well. I got a call at 1030. So they were pretty spot on with the 2hr estimate. I was pretty surprised since most auto spots are always late. Got the car and everything was in order.

I must say, I was really impressed with the service. This will be my tire spot from now on.

Went here for tire repair like I usually do with my cars. However, this time I waited in line for about 45 minutes and was never acknowledged or served. There were 3 people in line when I arrived. It was around 2:45pm on a Friday. I knew there could be a wait but to wait in line and never be acknowledged was a bit of a surprise. One clerk left and never returned, leaving the line to one guy. In between customers he decided to clean his computer and surrounding area. Again, with no acknowledgment that there was a growing line. I left, and had my tire repaired down the street in less time than I waited in line.

It seems this location is recently under new management. I brought my truck in during the summer for an alignment and they tried to tell me the struts were going bad. I took it for a second opinion and nothing was found. Trucks still going today!

Purchased new tires along with the warranty they offer. Took my vehicle for the yearly tire rotation and got denied due to the front tires having more wear than the rears. I asked them to be replaced under warranty since they were well under the warranty time frame and miles on the tires since purchased. They gave me excuse after excuse and they denied my claim. Will never buy tires there again.
