Bilen Limo

Used Bilen Limo in February for transporation to and from SFO. Communication was great and we always felt confident that we would be taken care of and we were! The rate charged for the transportation was very competitive and reasonable and made our decision for car service easy. Muhammad, our driver on the outbound and inbound trip was terrific. He was on time, assisted with our luggage and got us to and from quickly and without any drama. Will be using Bilen Limo again for a trip next February, for sure. Five Stars all the way!

I booked a whole day service for my parents as a treat on their birthdays to Napa Valley and Sonoma for wine tasting and a romantic dinner! The driver was very accommodating and took good care of my parents. My parents definitely want me to book with Bilen Limo again for their anniversary and birthday. I highly recommend it.

I requested the car to arrive at 5:40 am for a 7 am flight at SFO. They had a large SUV that was clean and new. The driver was on time and pleasant, and helped me with my super heavy luggage at pick up and drop off. Very pleased with the cost effective service.

Hired them to drive 5 teenagers from Marin to San Francisco for a concert. Was right on time, professional, reasonably priced, and when one of the teens left their phone in the car, he went back and dropped it off. Highly recommend and will use again!

The best Napa driver we've ever used! So happy I found this company through Yelp. We did a Napa day, including 3 different stops, and the driver was amazing. Showed up on time, super clean and roomy car. He also waited once we got back to the city for us to grab something in our apartment before dropping us off at another place. Super reasonable price and it's for the entire day. Will absolutely only be using this company moving forward!!

A last minute trip to Napa with my girlfriend. A very special 2ct ring was burning a hole in my pocket. I couldn't find the right time. So many dinners (at top Sf restaurants) with awkward service or mediocre food were not the right time to pop the question.
Woke up Sunday and was able to book Bilen Limo for a quick jaunt to Napa to taste some wine.

First stop Domaine Carneros for some La Reve with crackers and cheese. Then on to Darioush for cab franc and the best pistachios on the planet. Finished at Joseph Phelps for the full tasting with a panoramic patio view.
Between each stop our driver handed us a bottle of water. My lack of a hangover the next day thanked him immensely.
On the way home my girlfriend and I were talking about the cascade of serendipitous events (including booking a last minute limo!) and this day was summed up as the best ever. Of course that conversation closed with a kiss. Her hand casually fell to my hip, and coincidentally on the square box in my pocket. I don't know what came first, her inquisitive eyes?, my Cheshire grin? Or the box opening and sparkling starlight. Regardless, that moment cruising down 116 was the moment my girlfriend became my fiancé.

And it gets better: we spent the next 30 min trying to book a reso at one of our favorite spots to eat, no dice. Our driver suggested a quaint little neighborhood spot in Pac heights were he might be able to get us a table. Turned out to be our new favorite restaurant with great food and old world charm. We found out his connection to the restaurant as his fiancé works there. She greeted us with two glasses of celebratory champagne and appropriately doted over my fiancés new accessory.
While I watched them swoon I remember thinking I hoped when I popped the question that she would be so happy that she would cry. As I took in the moment of her waving her fingers around in delight, it was I who was holding back the tears.
