Billy's Autoglass Repair

Originally found Billy's through State Farm's recommendations. I gave Billy's a try because I figured if State Farm promoted his services then he must be good. All I can say is the whole process was easy and smooth. I should know because this is the third windshield replacement this year with the first two being at the Lexus Dealership. The process of going through the Dealership is very lengthy and each time I had to pay out of pocket up front for the repair and the deductible so close to $3K before getting reimbursed by State Farm. This time I got the OEM Lexus glass and parts without any issues. It was all very simple and smooth. I also have experience working through Safelite and I can tell you I've had to go back a number of times do to rework. They always seemed rushed and re-used clips that were oftentimes broken. Basically, I'd stay away from Safelite because their installation quality is bad. All in all, I highly recommend Billy's and recommend that you give him a try!
