Bimmer Motors Group is by far the best BMW service shop in the entire NYC area. If you care about your sanity, your time, your bank account, and most importantly your car you would be committing a grave mistake by taking your car anywhere else.

I've only posted one other Yelp review in my life, and because of the experience that I just had with Enrique, Demos, and the entire team of experts at Bimmer Motors Group, I am now compelled to write my second.

I had dropped off my '13 BMW X5 50i on New Years Eve after returning from a trip and was having low coolant issues (which started about 4 days prior and a 3+ hour drive away). I was dreading having to take the car to one of the two major BMW dealerships in South Brooklyn or Manhattan because of how notoriously terrible that the customer service is and how ridiculously over-priced that they are so I decided to do a little research and found Bimmer Motors. A specialty auto shop with endless good reviews? What is this, some kind of mythical unicorn?

All of the reviews are 100% true.

They were able to diagnose the fairly complex issue almost immediately. In order to replace a bad seal in the back of the engine block, they had to take the transmission out of the car, etc. I've worked at auto shops in my younger years and have done engine swaps/transmission jobs in the past and I know how big of a job that this was. They got the entire job done within a few days (somehow) and did it for less than half the cost of what the dealership quoted me.

They helped me in dealing with my warranty company to get them to pay for a portion of the repairs. Enrique, Demos and the entire team there showed that they are masters at what they do, honest, provided one of the best customer service experiences that I've had, did the job quickly, and are reasonably priced to boot. They've got a new customer for life.

Don't waste your time and money anywhere else.

Just got my 09 BMW 3 series back from its second service at this shop, and I couldn't recommend it more!

The first time, they saved me from stealership prices when my alternator died and they allowed me to tow it there the same day. I spoke with Demos and was welcomed by all the guys there upon arriving. They really do top notch work and the turnaround time is fast! Prices are reasonable and they do their best to work with what you want to get taken care of with your car.

During my second service, I had some major work done. I spoke with Demos and Enrique and both were super helpful. Demos let me bring the car in as soon as I was available to and they had my laundry list of things taken care of within a couple of days! And on top of that threw in a car wash so it was immaculate when I got it back.

Another great thing they do is text or email you in case you can't take a phone call since you're at work, which I really appreciated.

I recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW as they are extremely knowledgeable, practical and friendly.

BEST! BEST! BEST! ABSOLUTE BEST! BMW & LUXURY VEHICLE SERVICE & REPAIR FACILITY, PERIOD!

Came in on 11.6.23 for a scheduled service appointment for an Oil change, full vehicle health check up, and installation of aftermarket parts for my BMW M6 Convertible. Associate Enrique welcomed me with a friendly smile as always, checked me in, confirmed my appointment, what was being done, and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Spoke with Enrique in the afternoon, confirmed vehicle was ready and he even waited for me a little after closing for me to pick up my vehicle because I was running late for pick up.

The facility and staff, their expertise, honesty, and their professionalism are the true definition of excellence in customer service. They treat you like family upon arrival, take the time to answer any/all your questions/concerns, treat your luxury vehicle with the utmost care because they truly love the work that they do, their prices are also better/more competitive than any dealership in the city. Work is performed timely and they keep you updated throughout the process. They are an absolute hidden GEM in a city and industry where customers normally fear bringing their vehicles in for repair. I would not take my BMW to anyone else for any/all services needed. I know everyone claims where they take their luxury vehicles is the best, but if you give this place a try this place will blow you away from beginning to end. The entire Bimmer Motors Team (Enrique, Demos, Teddy and all) is simply Amazing. They even check in with you periodically to ensure all is good and that your vehicle is running condition (what luxury vehicle business you know does that in NYC ??). Guys, keep up the great work! beyond appreciate you!

Demos and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Never had a better experience. I can tell they care, and Demos goes above and beyond (including providing customer support) to answer all my questions after business hours, which is highly appreciated.

I will continue bringing my vehicles here, as I truly value their work and ethics, which is rare nowadays.

I took my 2012 MiniCooper Countryman All4 S to be serviced due to a power steering warning light. I was immediately impressed with the customer service. Demos and his team are genuine, friendly, fair, honest and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. Demos asked plenty of questions which I greatly appreciated as it made me feel like my car was in great hands and all possible issues were being considered especially since he knew I was concerned about driving across country. The last thing I wanted was my steering to lock up on me during my drive to California and Demos understood my concern. While I was waiting I was offered coffee and updates. After thoroughly examining the power steering electrical system it was determined that there was no issue and the computer system was reset. I was extremely pleased with the services, professionalism and the value (unexpected surprise of not being charged for resetting the system). Although my Mini only has 59,073 miles I was provided a print out of future maintenance service that will be needed along with an estimated cost. Bimmer Motors provided great customer service, and their facility is very clean and comfortable. I'm thankful to the team and their expertise. I'm definitely returning to Bimmer Motors.

My 2008 mini cooper clubman s was giving me problems for 8 months now for some kind of misfire while the engine was idle. I took it to three different mechanics who couldn't figure out what the problem was. I took it to a local mechanic who held onto my car for a week and couldn't give me a proper diagnosis so I went back on the web to look for another car doctor. I called a number of places, but when I got on the phone with BMG, they were just different. Teddy answered the phone and asked me really well thought-out questions regarding my vehicle and what was previously done on my car.. and then they gave me suggestions of what it might be. It gave me a strong impression that they knew what they were doing.

So I brought my car over to BMG and this place is like a BMW/Mini cooper hospital. The guys at the front desk were so professional and welcoming. They asked me a bunch of questions about the car and gave me a realistic timeline about how long it would take (which I really really appreciated. my previous mechanic gave me some ambiguous timeline which was so annoying to work with if you have a busy schedule).

Next day Teddy called me with what the problem was. Enrique emailed me a series of invoices with suggestions of what could be fixed so I could see what I can do within my budget. They gave me pretty frequent updates and asked me permission to test drive my car after fixing it (they were the first mechanics to ever ask me that, which I thought was really polite and professional of them).

My husband went to go pick up the vehicle and they laid out all the parts that needed to be replaced. They answered all of his questions and even gave him a tour.. but most importantly, they fixed my car so I could rest easy after dealing with this problem for almost 8 months.

Overall, we're truly blown away by our experience. The transparency, the professionalism, the work is on a different level of superiority; Ive never experienced this level of quality anywhere else before in California or New York. They're a teeny bit pricier than other places and a bit far off from where I live but it's honestly 100% worth it.

Thank you, guys. They say you only find the best in New York and you guys really live up to that.

The dudes at Bimmer Motors are absolute legends!! Thanks to the shitty roads and potholes of NYC, I needed to take my BMW baby to these boys to fix the suspension. They're caring and super professional, going out of their way to help me out. The boss took extra time to fix a small dent and replace the CV joints at no extra cost = so generous!! They're waaaay cheaper than the BMW dealership, but a little bit more expensive than the local mechanic who wouldn't have the parts for luxury European cars anyway.

I never write reviews, so considerate it a big deal to be reading this!! Go to this business!! DO IT!

Definitely the best shop around for Mini Cooper service. The guys are knowledgeable, accurate, very pleasant to work with and most importantly, competent about the cars they service. Not the lowest priced but based on my experience, you get what you pay for! Definitely a fair value and great experience. had a lot of work necessary work done and will be bringing my Mini back for any work / upgrades needed in the future!

This place worth a 10-star if there's a one. It's the best vehicle repair shop I met in recent years. The team is vey friendly, helpful and responsive!

They only recommend repair for your vehicle which is really needed. And they walks through you everything of the work and they always make sure that the work is done perfectly in a timely manner.

I rarely left comments for business but this place deserves more! It's the best technically, with the best customer service!
