Aaron and his team provided excellent and quality detailing service on my new car! They were very flexible with my work schedule and finished the job in a timely manner. They did the Exterior Refinement package with the Aqua Liquid Glass and it honestly looked even better than when I bought my car and left the dealership!! Aaron made sure I understood the whole detailing process and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to treat their car to be clean and sparkly!! Another plus is that they are convenient since they are mobile and come to you! I can't wait until my next car wash and detailing done :)

I couldn't have asked for a better expensive with Birds Auto Detail! Unfortunately, the day prior to meeting David, my car paint was covered in scratches after driving through a car wash. I contacted David who gave me an upfront estimate that would cover buffing, polishing, detailing and coating. I immediately felt relieved by his assurance and the punctual manner with which he handled all of my concerns. He never tried to upsell or promise something he couldn't deliver on.
The day of my appt, David gave me a courtesy call and handled everything professionally. I was then lucky to meet Tyler who I must say, even with my extreme paranoid OCD, exceeded my expectations. Matter of fact, I left feeling like I found someone who may be more meticulous than myself. He delivered on time while exceeding expectations on the quality, care and value for my car. Not only was Tyler a perfect detailer with clear knowledge and experience, he was extremely kind and considerate! I will continue to visit and have my car detailed with Birds time and time again.

I had the "premium" package the focused on my car interior, which was disgusting from years of pet hair and toddler crumbs. I also wanted to improve the look of some bright red scratches on my white car. Tyler arrived on time, was really nice, and spent about 4.5 hours on the car.

When he was done, the interior looked brand new! And he was able to buff out the red scratches. My car looks great. I would for sure refer them to anyone looking for car detailing and will definitely use them in the future.

I requested a quote and arranged a detailing for my son's car that had been quite neglected through the yelp app. All the communications were easy including scheduling the mobile service. My son was so happy with how his car looked and was delighted at how easy the technician was to work with. Price was very fair. I would use them again.

*Note to self* - NEVER LEAVE RAW CHICKEN IN THE TRUNK, the smell was unbearable!! Thank goodness for Bird's and to Tyler! Got my 2014 Land Rover detailed at Birds and Tyler & Questa did an absolute phenomenal job. I can say with confidence my car has never looked this good. In fact, when I returned home my neighbor asked if I got new car. They were also super kind and clear communicators. Really appreciate their work and can't recommend this place enough.

I called yesterday after I realized I really needed my car cleaned because I have meetings scheduled next week, and didn't want to pull into valet or have people in my filthy car. The interior is actually decent but dirt has collected in the sidings over the years, it's actually hardened mud at this point. I found Birds in Google and checked Yelp for reviews.

After explaining my situation, they scheduled service for the following day (today). I was given an estimate over the phone (I understood it will depend on condition of vehicle), and was given a general timeline of how long the service will take.

Mason arrived on time, assessed/explained what was needed, gave me a timeline, and got to work.

I can't explain what he did so check out the photos, which doesn't do justice. My car looks amazing!

Drama-free auto detailing, no silly up-selling, straight-forward service. Their vans are self-contained, they don't need anything from you but your dirty car (lol). So worth it! Thanks, guys!!!
