Birkenstock Midtown

We absolutely love this store. They have a great selection of shoes, not only from Birkenstock, but also from several other companies that all seem to offer similar arch support.

The people here are what make this shop a diamond in the rough. Staff here are outstanding and will gladly spent the time needed to help you find what you love. Different styles, colors, sizes....
Staff here are always very friendly and welcoming and go the extra mile to get you what you want.

I had a Shop 916 gift card so I decided to use it on my first pair of Birkenstocks. There were 2 workers already helping people when I came in so I browsed around and then waited until someone was available so I could get my size. Another lady came out and apologized for my wait which I didn't mind at all! This store looks like it has everything but there just weren't quite the color combos with the styles I wanted. The lady was very patient though while I tried on about a half dozen different pairs, even when I asked for one more before I was about to purchase another. I ended up leaving with something I wouldn't have ordered just by seeing it online so I am super glad I went in person! Thank you to the nice staff who helped me get my first pair!

This is the kind of service that I wish you could receive everywhere. The service is absolutely unmatched. I had an issue with my shoes where they started pinching out of no where.

All of the staff was very worried and worked hard to try and troubleshoot the issue. They did everything the could to help. They finally decided to exchange the pair with the possibility that maybe my shoe was defective.

Have been buying shoes here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

I'm not sure why this place has such a high rating. My experience might be an outlier, but I probably won't be coming back to this specific store. I dropped in to pick up an online order, and it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to greet me. Despite there being 4-5 employees, none of them acknowledged me. When I finally got my shoes, they looked worn, scuffed, and were unbuckled in the box. I'm not sure if they're supposed to look like that when new. I won't be returning.

I came here last minute because I needed a pair of comfortable sandals for my upcoming trip to Europe. I'm not a sandals girl but I love the wonderful pairs of Birkenstock Boston's that I own, so that gave me the idea of coming in to get a pair of Arizona. I was in and out within 15 minutes because I knew exactly what I wanted lol. I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged since they were busy, not a problem to me at all. The store has a huge selection and even colors that I haven't seen in other places! Everyone here was very helpful :)

Nice little store with a lot of variety to BirkenRock. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was quite busy. However, staff were very friendly and helpful. They were conscientious about needing to size up/down, as Birkenstocks can be tricky finding your right shoe size. It took about 30 min to find and decide what I was looking for. They do resealing here as well.

They're on a somewhat busy street with pay-for-parking.

Large selection of Birkenstock styles, colors and sizes. I called the store first to make sure they had what I was looking for. Birkenstock's website and other stores that carried Birkenstock were sold out in the style and sizes I needed but this place had it all. The people who work here are very helpful and kind. We came on a busy Saturday and the lady who helped my kids and I was very nice, didn't rush us.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are genuinely nice and helpful. The selection is great and the store is always very clean.

I have been wearing Birkenstock for over 45 years, the last pair I bought last summer, so I didn't wear them that much . The Suede leather "Gives" and we're very loose on my foot , Tighten them on the very last hole.And every time I warm it loosened them up to where I had to punch another hole into them.So one side of the shoe is very tight. Tight on one side is very loose on the other side. I've called them on this, and they have the attitude of "oh well," so I'll be looking for another sandle other than Birkenstock....

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks from the manufacturer and thought that they were too big. I went to Birkenstock Midtown to ask them to check the fit. The woman immediately saw that the fit was incorrect. Although she couldn't do an exchange, she offered to fit me so I could return and replace them properly. She gave me tips of how to determine the proper fit.

I would absolutely recommend this store. Gracious and professional staff and excellent product selection.
