Overpriced and average vehicles. They try charging for damage that was previously already there and will fight tooth and nail to prove they are wrongs luckily I had a video of the vehicle before I drove off which showed the damage

I rented 2 cars from black and white, during one of the hardest times in my life. The current manager, "Jhoie", assisted me
with all of my rentals, I.e., Porsche 911, G63 AMG. She is not only professional, and kind, she is also a genuine person. She would often ask me how I was feeling, she would offer me advice, encourage me to smile and enjoy the simple but beautiful things that life has to offer. She would also try and cheer me up by allowing me to rent exclusive and new exotic cars that were in the fleet at discounted rate. She is truly a pleasure to work with and conduct business with. She makes sure you understand all the terms and conditions before signing; the definition of a trustworthy and honest business professional. I would recommend this place of business to anyone looking to rent exotic cars or looking to experience a life of luxury for the day or weekend.

I recently rented a G63 and the service was amazing. Jhoie was extremely professional and very responsive. I was having issues picking up the vehicle on the wedding day, so Jhoie offered to drop the vehicle off in San Jose and that did not go toward the allowed mileage. The price is amazing, especially with how friendly they are. 10/10 would recommend them.

We were skeptical of this small car rental place with nice cars, at great prices, but they did not disappoint! We took a beautiful convertible Mercedes to Napa Valley and it was amazing! The Custer service was great; friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend and will use again!

I reserved a 2020 Porsche 911 Carerra convertible as a surprise birthday gift for my significant other's 40th birthday, and would highly recommend Black & White Car Rental to anyone looking to rent a luxury car. From start to finish, Jhoie provided excellent customer service! She answered all my questions prior to finalizing my reservation, and maintained great communication throughout the whole process leading up to the date of my reservation. Jhoie was also very helpful in making sure the surprise went smoothly, and even provided complementary delivery. The car was in excellent condition and my partner definitely enjoyed his birthday surprise getting to cruise around San Francisco and the Bay Area in a Porsche convertible. Now that we know about B&W Car Rental, this likely won't be the last time we rent from there!

B&W was a great group to rent from- the car was in excellent condition, their staff was easy to work with and the pick up and drop off was very well organized. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have rented from the well known Black and White Car Rental in Los Angeles, CA a few times before. So when I took a trip to San Francisco with my girlfriends, and decided to go to Napa Valley for the weekend, I rented from this SF location. I got a covetable porch 911 and had the most beautiful drive up to Napa, my friends got the range rover. I am happy to say that my experience at the new SF location was just as seamless as LA and I will definitely rent again!

B&W has been fantastic every time I used them in LA. Quick and courteous service and I usually end up with an even nicer car than I could've hoped for. I was ecstatic when I found out they have an SFO location and the same agent that has been so good to me in LA (Amber) helped me arrange a rental on behalf of my boss for the exact luxury SUV he wanted in SFO. They even have an airport valet drop-off service for a smooth pickup of the vehicle as soon as he arrives. Highly recommend this company over the bigger chains for a stress-free and personalized experience.

What a POS bait and switch company!! Booked a car and they called back later to say that, "we actually don't have a car". I then went back to the site and they had raised to daily charge by $20 for the same car...eff them I will tell any and everyone what a POS company this is...
