Blacksmith Bakery

Blacksmith is one of my favourite bakeries of all times, no questions!
We ordered sausage rolls this morning and asked to have it warmed up. Unfortunately it was still cold so I took it back and asked them to reheat it. I was surprised they gave me a new one! I told them I was happy with the one I had and just wanted it warmed up. I felt so terrible that they had to chuck it in the bin because of food safety regulations. These guys are serious about food safety and I truly appreciate that but I don't like food waste. Love the sausage rolls but will probably take away next time so I can warm it up properly at home.
Given how dedicated they are to food safety makes me trust them even more and makes me a happy and loyal customer!

Great cafe in a unique location. Good service and a tasty menu selection. I will definitely be back!

We had about 5 different slices of cake and everyone was super. I had the carrot cake it was a ten. Nice outdoor seating in a cute little town.

So happy they opened up in Langley! This location is better than the one in Fort Langley for service, and just the overall experience and set up. It's modern, inviting, offers lots of space so you don't feel packed in or have to wait outside. There's lots of parking in the underground too. You must try the baby potatoes here! They are delicious! I sometimes go there just for a side of their potatoes. The Madame and Monsieur Croquette breakfasts are a must try too! They use house made croissant bread and I wish they sold that by the loaf because it's literally the best bread I have eaten in my life! Other menu items to try that I recommend are the Turkey sandwich on a croissant, the Quiche, any of their pizzas and bakery items. You can't go wrong with anything you order here, it's all made fresh, plated artistically and tastes delicious!

Always a fantastic time and experience, though be prepared for it to be busy! Going to blacksmith is a favourite weekend and now evening treat!

You can easily drive by this location but worth the stop if you're in the area... fantastic coffee with a good, rich, deep flavour. Then I had a lemon meringue. This was perfect, seriously. The crust is exceptional, the only thing that can absolutely make it a 5 star is seating. Could be comfier and a little cozier as you sit and watch the planes come and go in the Langley airport. Ambience is all part of the culinary experience.

Eeek this is my favorite coffee shop / bakery. *drool.
The croissants, the pastries are exceptional, a variety to choose from, so tasty.
You can grab breakfast or lunch here they have it all.
Very cute little place right by the Langley airport and there is another one in Fort Langley.

The products seem ok. I bought a nice piece of chocolate cake there for my first visit. I doubt I will ever go back there though as they will not accept cash

Beautiful croissants, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and coffees. The owner is an excellent pasty chef & the quality here is top-notch. Staff are lovely and friendly as well. So glad they opened this second location closer to Langley City.
