Blitz Auto Spa

I've been fairly lazy about posting reviews but I had to post one for Blitz. I've been there several times, and always had a good experience, my car comes back spotless, in a timely fashion, and it's reasonably priced.

I took my car there yesterday after a trip to Tofino a few weeks ago. We had two very hairy dogs (a lab and a shepherd) who swam the whole time, tracked sand into the car (which was already pretty dirty from my dog alone prior to the trip), and it was almost embarrassing.

Two hours later, my car is utterly SPOTLESS. The only dog hair in the car is what was stuck to my clothing.

The guy who I've always dealt with who runs the place (I feel bad I can't remember his name) is always great, responds right away, and gave my pup a lovely pet and greeting that she much appreciated.

TL:DR: Go there. They're awesome. Couldn't recommend enough.

I went in to ask if they could remove several major mineral deposit drips and splash runs on the driver's side rear panel. (about 2-3 square feet of stain damage) on a 2011 BMW convertible. I had just been to an autobody shop and they quoted somewhere between 2000-2500 dollars including parts and 7-10 days to completely repaint and finish the job. I drove past Blitz and went in and they said about an hour or so of time and it should be done. I picked it up exactly 1 hour later and it was amazing how they made the stains completely disappear. total cost 78.75 amazing work and outstanding service. thank you so much

My car is seven years old and had seven years of dog hair. Today it has no dog hair and looks showroom perfect. DETAIL is the word and met in every respect.

Wonderful experience from booking to the results to pick up. My interior looks brand new on a 7 year old vehicle. You can tell they care and take the time to do it thoroughly. Text notification system to remind you of appointments and for vehicle pick up are excellent. Staff super friendly and attentive

Terrible customer service, they do an acceptable work at detailing, nothing that would cover their bait and switch approach to pricing, their terrible attitude and horrendous customer service. But the cars are fairly clean, found a better place nearby, never coming back.

Nadi and the team at Blitz Auto Spa are the best! Blitz came recommended to me after I had spent $400 at a different detailer and ended up with a car that looked worse than it had before it got detailed. I needed to have the whole thing done over to fix the first detailer's carelessness. Nadi was friendly, professional, and he gave me a quick assessment of what would need to be done to fix the issues. He got me scheduled promptly and, for a fraction of what I paid at the original detailer, I got back a beautifully detailed car. I was super pleased with the results. You won't go wrong with Blitz--they're the real deal.

This is THE place to get your car detailed. Three months ago my car's rear window was smashed while parked out on the street. It was raining - hard - and while I managed to get the glass replaced, what I didn't take into account was that a lot of water had gotten into the car due to it not having had a window over the course of a rainy January night. The day after getting the window replaced I had to leave town to attend to a family emergency. Parked my car at the airport, thinking it would stay warm and dry in the parkade. When I returned three months later, I opened the door to a glorious garden of mold. I called a few places, but the fellow I spoke to at Blitz was the only person who sounded like he had a grasp of the situation and was going to be able to properly and safely deal with it. However, their calendar was totally booked up. He recommended a couple of other places. I took it to one of them for an initial assessment, and - I'll just say that the place did not inspire confidence, and I feared my car was not going to be salvageable. Just as despair was beginning to settle in, I thought, "call Blitz back and see if they can just take a look at it." The very next day - a Saturday - I brought it to them so they could take a quick look. I could tell by the look on the guy's face that it was not going to be a slam dunk - the mold situation was bad!!! But he said he'd see what he could do, and that I could leave the car there, and if they could get to it that week, they would. Reader, I picked up my car on Wednesday. I almost cried! The mold was ALL GONE, and my 13 year old car looked and smelled brand new. I wanted to hug the guy - but - Covid! So I fist bumped him instead. I am so thankful for this place! They took care of the problem quickly, professionally, with kindness and courtesy, AND for a very reasonable price (the other place suggested I may have to spend double the amount it cost at Blitz - no thanks). THANK YOU BLITZ! Great team and great work. I will definitely return to this place when I need a deep clean. Five stars!!

This was my first time to Blitz and I was really impressed. I don't know his name but the manager was professional, nice, and really easy to deal with. My car was done right on time and looked great. It looks brand new inside and out.

Blitz Auto Spa is very professional and did superb detail work on my truck (its the first time I have had detail work done on a vehicle but I nevertheless had very high expectations) and I would not hesitate to recommend Blitz Auto Spa.

I have gone here a number of times. The service here always been good but they seem very disorganized. Twice now I have booked through the website only to find on the day of sevice that they have no record of the appointment.
