Blossom Hill Union 76

Had the most horrid experience waiting for the car wash . In line getting backed into by a white Range Rover with an elderly driver. I asked for the manager- Cesar, bc I wanted him to know it's horrifying and maybe they could do something because it's a safety issue . He said it was my problem - between me and the other driver. I said your the manager at the gas station- you can do something to make it safe. He laughed and said it was my problem. I siad ok and closed my window approaching the water. He came back and angrily tapped on my window . I opened and said what's the problem you don't need to tap on my window like that. He said I'm gonna give you a refund and you can go somewhere else . And I said wow . Thanks. You can kick me out but can't make this a safe place for customers or say anything to people driving erratically. Ok. Maybe he doesn't like women . Maybe he's racist. Who knows. But I'd been going there for years once a week and pretty sad treatment for no reason. Def won't be going back. Zero customer service and a hostile environment. If you get hit on that lot it's your problem- and people drive pretty crazy in the back by the car wash lines . Good luck if your a woman .

My wife took her car for a wash - we take our cars to these guys often. During the vacuuming one of the attendants tried to pry the trunk open and messed up the mechanism, as my wife tried telling him not to put pressure. Now the trunk won't open and we have to get it fixed. I called the car wash told the manager, Caesar what happened, but he did not want to take any responsibility. Sad.
I would skip this car wash and go to Classic down the street or elsewhere. I won't support a business that is irresponsible.

This is not a 76 anymore, it is now Alliance which I have not heard which is fine. They have a small convenience store. It was not that clean and they were all out of paper towels.

I was so disappointed on the wash of my car. I chose the most expensive wash that was supposed to come with this list of things and I kid you not, might as well have paid the cheapest wash because that's what I feel like I got.

There was no wax, the window cleaning was poor, the drying of the car was extra poor, the overall job was weak. There were so many of them working on my car, how could they have missed so much??

had swirl scrathes all over new car after taking it to https://www.76.com/station/U76-DBA-BLOSSOM-HILL-76-0000900688/ . the told me it was from bushes/trees, will return with documentation of the other dealers who said it was from dirty over used soft cloth.

i did not understand sign it said register in office. I pulled up into open space had a worker come out saying no no no can't you read the sign it said register in office Not do not pull in the worker made me feel very stupid as I was trying to say he just kept arguing

This gas station is on the corner of Blossom Hill Rd and Winfield, same corner as GameStop, opposite Skips tires, across the street from Bank of America and Starbucks.

This used to be a 76 but is now a Valero, it's prices are cheaper than Chevron, She'll, etc and if you pay with cash can save 5c more per gallon. There is never a line here and you can enter the gas station and exit three different ways.

I went to 76 car wash "hand car wash" in back of the 76 gas station on Almaden Expwy & Blossom Hill Rd & the car wash manager ripped me off to the tune of $200. He told me he would polish & soap stone my older model Toyota 4 Runner, make it look like new & give me a deal. He told me he usually charges $240 but special for me would be $200. I'm handicapped so I can't see the top of the car & the paint on the sides we're looking dull; so he tells me the polish & soap stone would bring out the shine. $200 dollars later, I went home & showed my son who was able to look at the top of my 4 Runner. The paint on the top was 98% peeled off & there were streaks all over the top & even partially on the side towards the top where I could see because I didn't have a ladder nor could I climb a ladder to see that area. Went to a professional car painting repair shop & they told me I was ripped off because the manager should have known & not waxed nor soap stones my car. I went back to 76 blossom hill car wash & basically the manager told me to get lost, no refund, too bad. I loose & he gets my money. DON'T EVER GO THERE FOR A CAR WASH OR ANY SERVICE; they'll rip you off badly, & they don't care. Extremely poor customer service & poor car wash too.

I will never give my business to this gas station again. I was on my way to work this morning on my bicycle headed to the light rail. I wanted to get a little breakfast snack and some cash. I brought my bicycle in the store with me and the guy asked me to put it outside. I'm like are you fucking crazy. There are too many homeless people in the area waiting to steal a bike. Perfect case there was what I could tell a homeless guy standing outside of the store saying I'll watch your bike for you. I was like no thank you I got it there are too many homeless around here. It's not like I was going to be in the store for hours on end. I was going to be in there for less than 5 minutes to get what I want. Are these people that stupid to think someone is going to leave there bike outside no locked up. I will be calling there corporate office and making a complaint as well.

This review is for the car wash station here at the 76 I would give it a negative score if it allowed me I paid to get my car washed and when they where finished the car was dirty all around and when I told them about it they said I have to pay extra for detailing when I had already paid for their top wash. they didn't care that the car was still dirty just walked away from me and ignored me this place is Garbage!!! Maybe they should hire adults that can run this place instead of these kids who obviously don't care the people drying the car don't even understand what the heck your saying to them this is by far the worse place in the BAY to wash your car.
