Had a positive experience with Blue Moon Towing despite some recent bad luck with the car. I started w/ a message on Yelp app and received a response within 15 min. After exchanging a few pieces of basic info via text, I was all set up. I received a courtesy call before pickup and the driver was friendly and showed up on time. Payment was flexible through a variety of means (Zelle, Paypal, whatever). Would do business again. Thanks!

Ali is an all-around stand up guy. He is truly here to help, and that is exactly what he did. He is professional, knows his business, and does it with a smile. Thank you for making this stressful experience at ease. Whatever you need, just ask, and he will do it if it is within reach.

Car was stuck on side of road in Livermore. Inquired on Yelp for an estimate and responded within 10minutes with a quote. I called and he said he can be there in 35 minutes. Actual wait time was maybe 15 minutes. I sent my location and he found us right away. My car is low and he expressed concerned but continued to carefully tow my car. Have us a ride in the truck to about 25 miles and helped safely unloaded the car. Professional, very cool guy, and quick.

Tbh if I could I would give blue moon Towing million stars I will definitely have these guys in my prayers, I had a long day and lost control of my car but luckily right when I searched online I called several companies their service and hold time was crazy but when I contacted blue moon towing the service was fantastic, the team is very caring and making sure you get home or to your destination safely a lot to be said but I appreciate you guys for helping me out through the process godbless !
