Prior to my recent visit, I hesitated going here because of previous experiences with the sales team. Bad customer service and just plain arrogant.

I was motivated to visit because of an incredible deal on a used electric vehicle. So great that I set aside my previous experience.

On a Sunday, I called sales to check the availability of a vehicle and I spoke to Nick. Immediately, Nick was courteous and pleasant over the phone. Sounded genuinely happy to help. We exchanged numbers and agreed to communicate thru text. I appreciate his willingness to accept my preferred method of communication. After some minutes, he texted and confirmed availability. We set up a time for me to visit that day.

When I arrived, I asked for Nick from one of the employees, not knowing it was him. He was busy assisting multiple customers. He greeted me and directed me to the area where I can see the vehicle. Go to the second floor, walk passed the bay doors, and proceed onto the rooftop parking lot. Easy.

After 15-20 minutes, I received a text from Nick. He parked the vehicle where I was able to inspect and test some of the features. No hard selling from Nick. The car sells itself. We get into the vehicle for a test drive. Again, no hard selling. Just good information about the vehicle. The car sells itself. We return to the lot. I told him if things work out, then I'd like to close the deal the next day.

Fast forward to next day. After heavy text exchanges about pricing, terms, and conditions, we reached an agreement. I go back to the dealership, work with Nick on initial paperwork, and then, eventually with Finance. Kudos to Nick for finding a backup Finance Associate in an emergency .

Nick is a professional with great interpersonal skills. He demonstrates a new way of working with customers.

A reminder to all customers: Treat people with respect and you will be treated with respect. Be realistic. Salespeople are not magicians. In the end, they have to keep the lights on.

What a great experience! With the help of Raymond I was able to purchase my first car. We made an appointment was able to test drive the model we had our eye on and even checkout similar models with different interiors. The whole time we didn't feel pressured and knew Raymond was knowledgeable.

Once we signed we got the full tour of the car. Raymond spent over 30 minutes explaining key features of the car and showing us how to connect our phones and make use of navigation and wheel functions. We felt cared for and left knowing how to actually use the speciality functions of our new car! So excited to drive around in an electric car!

First time here. Drove 1 hour to buy my sons 1st BMW 300i. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman he was super nice and helpful.
We tested the car and felt no rush.
We got a good price for our trade in and the cost of the car. The financing went smoothly.
The other salesman and staff were all very polite and professional. Why can't all dealership be like this.

This was easily one of the best car dealership experiences I have had. I recently leased a 2024 i4 xDrive40, and Alexander was invaluable finding the one with options I was looking for that hadn't even hit their website yet and helped me secure a fantastic deal on the car and my trade-in. The entire process was incredibly smooth from beginning to end. Shout out to Rodney, the sales manager, as well!

What nobody is talking about here is how fun a test drive loop BMW SF has. No other dealership has a test drive route that combines city, freeway, and hills across the city to really understand the power of their cars. Much better than just driving down an auto mall expressway for 5 minutes. You wouldn't think a dealership in San Francisco would have a good test drive experience, but it does.

All in all, 10 out of 5 star experience. Make sure to ask for Alexander!

I wanted to take a brief moment to share the positive experience we had working with Nick on the i4 m50. Previous experiences visiting auto dealers over the years have not been so pleasant so I was not looking forward to what might potentially go down after recently deciding we needed to add a second car after putting it off (or avoiding) for so long. We'd reached out to almost all the BMW dealers in the Bay Area over the course of the past couple weeks and Nick stood out from the rest. He was personable, responsive, clear and addressed every question we had from the initial contact to the warm handoff to the Finance Manager. I highly recommend Nick Dungan from BMW of SF.

BEWARE!!!!!!! Be carful when coming here to purchase a vehicle. I made a mistake of letting my emotions get the best of me & was too excited I was getting my dream car. I put 15,000 as a down payment, but when I was looking over my contract after I sold it, I noticed that the paper work was missing 2,000. They will do anything to make that sell. There were some faults I should've checked when I was there but I tried calling them in numerous time & just got brushed off like a feather.

I recently purchased a BMW X5, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Alexander. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.

Alexander was incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW lineup and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He patiently answered all my questions, provided honest insights, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.

I love the BMW San Francisco team. Got a flat, again , this time they the came out to my house in Livermore to take my car back to the dealer for repairs. Mobile service team is awesome!
