Not to say it isn't intimidating walking in there, the average members are hardcore competitors in the bodybuilding, physique and bikini world. But once you are in there the desk staff are great, members are friendly and the trainers will push you till you hit your limits!
If you are serious about working out and hitting goals this is the place!!
