Super cute shop with nice on trend styles. Pricing is very fair compared to other boutique shops. I spent quite a bit of time wandering around the shop and trying things on. I did manage to find one dress that fit well and it went home with me.

The staff is friendly and I spent several minutes chatting with one of the employees about travel.

If I were a local, this would be my go to shop. This will definitely be a must stop shop whenever we're in town.

They were so helpful and helped me select some cute styles to wear while on vacation. Definitely a great selection of merchandise with the ladies to help you perk up your wardrobe!! Highly recommend!!

I like this store whenever I come up from Oakland I stop in. I purchased jeans today super cute and I like the 2 ladies that worked there.

Such an awesome store! It's completely in my wife's style and they do free personal styling to match your color and body type preferences.

The people working there are sooooo nice too!

I wandered in here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, perused the store, and was helped by a lovely associate. I walk up to the register to make a purchase and -- wait, what?! Not one but TWO people are wearing those garbage bullsh*t do-nothing hard plastic masks with gaps on all sides?! (Attaching a stock photo of a similar mask here.) California has an indoor mask mandate and these women likely deal with / talk to close to 100 people a day. We're in a pandemic, people. My mask protects you, your mask... well, it should protect me. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Bought the cutest outfit all thanks to Heather! She was super sweet and helpful with a perfect little upbeat vibe. She def is a great sales rep and a fun person with excellent taste!

I would rather shop at goodwill before thinking about stepping foot in this store . I wish I could give them ZERO stars!

A friend of mine purchased a shirt from Boho a few weeks ago (size medium) my usual size, as a gift to me. Come to find out the pieces run small so upon trying it on it was way too tight. We went to exchange the shirt yesterday and/or even return it. I live in Sacramento so yes I drove all the way back just to return a $53 dollar shirt (rip-off)...Shein literally has the same shirt for $8. After the "manager" reviewed the shirt she says "oh there are sparkles on it"...... (two sparkles) in response I said okay when I tried it on I had shimmer on my body?? Like okay.... Anyways she says okay the exchange policy is two weeks it's now three weeks but you can go ahead and find something else to exchange... so I proceed to look around; TWO MINUTES LATER she approaches me and says "I'm so sorry but I smelled the shirt and it smells like it's been worn."

Like excuse me?!?!?!?? I LITERALLY SAID IT DIDNT FIT!!!!

Not only that it sat in my closet so yes it smells like me?! Tf.

Don't tell a customer yes you can exchange something then turn around and smell the shirt then say oh no sorry, like you literally just called me a liar?

So condescending. Just rude, like all that over a shirt?! Lol..

I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Walmart has better customer service to be honest.

How does a business go from 1 star to 5 star? It's the fact that they care about their customers and make a real concerted effort to understand and remedy the situation.

Indra, the owner reached out to me and explained staff will be aware of the proper procedure when an item isn't tagged correctly. I truly appreciate that.

This is a cute boutique in downtown Napa. The clothing here is so beautiful and high quality. I don't mind paying for quality but I do mind if the price is changed at the register as I'm paying. I'm so happy that Indra reached out. I can't wait to shop there again.

Noteworthy: I got tons of compliments about these pants when I wore them. So cute and comfortable!

Selection here is beautiful! The girls are seriously the best! I'm heading to a country summer festival and they helped style me for all three days when we were done I had too many bags to carry to the car... So they had me pull my car around back and they delivered them to my mom mobile! I know I'm aging myself here, but they made me feel like pretty women (in the good way)!! Thank you ladies so much!

We were browsing as we wandered around Napa and were drawn in by the fun relaxed styles at this shop.

Prices were good and the variety was nice. Sadly none of my choices quite worked for me. But my friend bought a couple of cute pieces of jewelry for a good price.

Sales staff was friendly and helpful.
