Bordona's Oakdale Furniture TV & Appliance

My brother's La-Z-Boy which we did not purchase here, has a repair issue and have been at a loss as to where I can get it repaired. Called Bordona's and Rachel helped me by giving us Randy McCoy's Furniture repair number. I'm going to travel to this place an buy the appliances I need for remodeling project. Thank you!

Unlike Direct Appliance who refused to do a service call to repair my Wolf Range less than a year after I purchased it from them, it was Bordona's who got me in touch with the right repairman and helped me to remedy my problem. Yesterday, Mathias from Bordona's listened intently as I explained over the phone how my gas dryer stopped working. After I failed to get help from Home Depot, Costco, and going on line looking for a new dryer, I sought help again from Bordona's. Mathias kept his promise to return my call. He had searched and found a dryer in stock. I bought the dryer and a matching washer. I was treated with respect and appreciated the swift and efficient way Mathias handled my purchase. Thank you Mathias! Thanks Bordona's for the professionalism of the two men who delivered my new washer and dryer and the care they demonstrated. I'm one grateful customer.

Have been dealing with Ron Bordona and he did acknowledge that the store needs to be in contact with customers. He is looking into my order and will get back to me. Also, he offered a credit and free delivery.

Prices and fees are way to high. There are other furniture stores around that have better prices, customer service and are just more trustworthy. I usually try to shop local but this place just doesn't cut it for me.

Tried and true, Bordona's saved the day! When my dryer went out, the Modesto business I purchased it from was unable to help. Bordona's went above and beyond. I was told by the Modesto business (Direct Appliance) that the part for my dryer under warranty was on back order until March (5 months out). Their solution was the laundry mat or buying a new unit. Bordona's was able to find the part and repaired my dryer by the end of the week. Thank you Mathias for your excellent customer service!
