The entire experience with Boss Automotive was amazing. When my car broke down I had it towed to the Ford dealer. After an analysis bill around $200 the dealer told me what I already knew from the dash information - I had a transmission fault. To fix it was over 6K. I saw Boss Transmission reviews and called Danny. He explained everything from what could be wrong, what was involved to fix it and the price range. So, I had it moved it Boss. The work was done on time, I was updated as needed and I feel confident I got the best of service. Plus, Boss's warranty is twice as long as the dealers. This place is honest, knowledgeable, and respectful. I highly recommend them - you know you are in good hands.

They do great work. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly . Did everything on time and went beyond to ensure the car ran smooth. I felt safe bringing my car in here and will certainly come back.

THE MOST HONEST MECHANIC IN TOWN!!! My car was jerking forward whenever I accelerated forward from a stop and 2 previous mechanics said I needed to fix the transmission. These mechanics were Fairview Automotive and OK Tire. Neither mechanic wanted to fix the problem, and I was thinking this was going to be a multi-hundred and possible $1000+ fix. Boss Automotive fixed my problem without any charge and now my car is running perfect. Apparently it was only my fluids that were low, which shocked me that the previous two mechanics wouldn't know to check, but yeah, I can't thank Boss enough for being so honest. It's so nice to know that I know an honest mechanic now. I will be going to them for all my and my wife's future car repairs!

Highly recommend. Expert diagnosis. We came in thinking we needed a new transmission or atleast major work done to it because it was kicking very hard on the downshift 2-1 on our 2004 jaguar (6hp26 transmission). He roadtested our vehicle and said not to spend any money on it right now and it should be fine for another few years. He said spending money on changing fluid or any other service would not help, and it is from some internal wear. Extremely honest and didnt even charge. Highly recommend Boss Transmission if you want an honest diagnosis without upselling or drumming up of work. I will soon be taking my other Jag that needs transmission work to Danny at Boss Automotive.
