We booked our party about a week in advance and this company was more then willing to do so. From the moment I spoke to them they were happy to help with our event. Delivery was prompt and they also let us have the bouncy house for a few extra hours then expected. Crew was very nice and helpful with take down. Much nicer then the people at Taylor Rental in Norwalk I must add.

We were very excited looking at the website, spent time picking out our party choices and then tried to book. They cater to select towns and that is all. (Even if you live on the border of three of the listed towns!) So crazy. There should be a clear banner on the website saying the select towns they serve before kiddos and parents waste their time picking things out.

The Bounce Family CT met all our expectations. We rented the obstacle course and it was perfect. Huge, safe and super fun for all ages. Delivery was prompt and crew super responsible. A++++
