My 18 year old Wolf stove igniters would not turn off and required a new igniter module. The technican had the required part and replaced it.

Our Sub-Zero wine refrigerator was not working and had leaked refrigerant. It required a very expensive trip to the shop and a new compressor. We decided to add more freon and see how long it would last. You technician installed freon and installed a valve that allowed me to add the refrigerant myself in the future.

Our technician was Walter. I rate him a 10 out of 10. He new exactly what to do worked well with me as your customer. Box has an outstanding employee here.

I called Box Appliance to repair my Wolf Speed Oven. They scheduled a technician right away in the time of my preference. A few days later Walter, the technician, arrived right on time. To my surprise he brought with him the part he thought may be necessary based on my description when I placed the service call. He got to work and indeed replaced the part he anticipated to be the issue. When he left - the oven was working perfectly. Walter was very competent and meticulous and also left everything clean and orderly. It was a huge relief that he didn't come just for diagnosis (as techs often do) but brought the part with him so everything could be done in one session.
In addition, I appreciate the excellent communications with Box Appliance. In any point of time I was informed by text and emails about the status, time of arrival, etc.

Warranty repairs. Great customer service - provided updates when the parts were
arriving- scheduled the replacement installation of our broken wolf stove cook top as soon as the parts came in. Thank god it was still under warranty on parts and labor. Technicians were on time as scheduled, courteous- clean and knowledgeable. Now I know who to call the next time I break any appliance. Thanks again.

Our SubZero ice maker started to make noises and I called Box Appliance and talked to Jenny and she scheduled our date and sent Stephen to fix it, and he did!

When the time came I was informed about the service window and it kept me informed as to when Stephen would be here. He ran diagnostics and determined the cause and had the part and it was promptly fixed.

The Box Appliance technician Melanie Vilich, was extremely skillful and knowledgeable in her diagnoses of the problems with the refrigerator and her knowledge of what and how to make the necessary repairs and parts replacements.
