Rose was super friendly and took care of ICBC and all of the little details after a very long, traumatic day. Robin was great and got the car repaired quickly. Only complaint was that the car was supposed to be cleaned inside but I still found pieces of broken glass and it was still very dirty. After I called and told Rose about it she told me to come down and they would immediately clean it both inside and out.
I would highly recommend going there versus the six week wait downtown Vancouver where you're treated like just another number.

I am a small business owner and one of my vans was broken into. Luckily not much was taken but the damage to the driver door made it impossible for me to safely leave the van parked outside overnight. I was freaking out a bit because my work schedule the week of the break-in was so crazy, I wasn't sure how I could make time to deal with it. I called the guys at Boyd(I dealt with Robin) and he helped me figure out a way to get the van to them quick and easy, with little to no disruption to my schedule. That to me is worth its weight in gold. The repairs were done within a few days and they even took the time repair something else within the cabin that wasn't covered under ICBC(a small task to them but would have been much more difficult for me to try and repair).

Break/ins happen, and it sucks, but when you've got guys like these on your side it sucks much less:)

I have used Boyd for collision repairs three times over many years. Always great service and excellent work. My most recent visit they suggested that I get a paint pen from the dealer to match the car's paint, and they did an amazing job at concealing a few minor scrapes for me (no added charge beyond the ICBC deducible for the collision repair). They are efficient and give attention to detail. I would not go anywhere else in Vancouver for collision repair--but hope I have no future need for such!

I really appreciate all the help navigating how to claim the glass repair. Although I hope I don't have any more windshield chips, I'll be bringing my vehicle your way if I do!

This is the second time in three years that we needed to fix our 2009 VW Tiguan after some minor fender benders at Boyd. Staff were very polite, provided a quote and date and time to bring the car in. Arrived the date scheduled and was promptly helped. They washed the car to do a detailed walk through with me on what needed to be done to make my car whole again. Had a complimentary Keurig coffee and then we completed the walk-through.

These were ICBC claims and both times I was picked up by the Enterprise rental person whose shop is a few blocks away and was given a loaner rental car there. When my car was ready I dropped off the rental at the Enterprise and they promptly whisked me back to Boyd to get my car.

The Tig looks good as new, totally amazed what these autobody shops can do!

There were the fastest to contact me. I'm surprised they responded after hours via email. Rose was very informative this morning and quick and painless I got my new windshield. I love that kind of service.

Furthermore, the person writing a quote for me made an significant miscalculation in my favor, and I paid the low price even though they were absolutely in position to correct the price and charge me more. Thank you!

Boyd repaired my 2914 FR-S after being involved in an accident with significant body damage to the front of the car. The work they did was fantastic: Paint perfectly matched to the existing body panels; new parts and body panels perfectly fitted (looks like even better fit than fresh from the factory); and a full mechanical check of the vehicle to see if there was any suspension or drivetrain issues.

The staff were very friendly, handled all my paperwork, kept me updated on the status of the work, and were quick to offer to arrange a rental car. Their high quality of work and friendly and professional attitude made this work a breeze. A big thanks to Gale and everyone at Boyd for their hard work repairing my vehicle.

Very helpful. Doing everything for customer service that they can. They attempted to get me used parts to keep down the costs. They replaced my light bulb before I ever got to be a customer. I very much appreciate their commitment to customer service.

In contrast to "Speedy Auto Glass" which was completely incompetent, Boyd was amazing. I called in the morning, I was in there after lunch and the whole thing was done by the end of the day. Robin told me he'd have it done even if he had to drive and pick up the necessary parts himself.

Very good customer interaction - efficient, professional and personal service and good advice. My car looked great when I picked it up right on time!
