      I called Boyd Autobody and Glass today to get an estimate for a bumper repair. Tanya was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for me an hour after I called. I arrived at a very clean and professional business and met with the estimator (sorry I don't remember his name). He said that they could fix the problem within a half an hour if I could wait. Yes! Please fix my bumper!

      They did an excellent job, very quickly and at a very reasonable price.

      I highly recommend that you consider Boyd Autobody and Glass for your needs. They are great people who care about their clients and their quality.

      Boyd Autobody in Victoria is amazing! They were so helpful from start to finish, from the first call to estimates to repairing the damage to warranty. I felt so taken care of by everyone: Martin, Pete, Marnie, Stephanie, Jeraldo - it made me feel really safe knowing these careful and caring professionals were taking care of my vehicle to make it as good as new again!       BEWARE OF THIS AUTOBODY SHOP! Very bad experienced here. If you want SCRATCHES all over your car please come in this shop. THEY DON'T CARE & A LIAR... THEY SAID THEY NEVER USED A BRUSH FOR MY VAN & I SAW IT WHAT THEY ARE USING, IT'S A F**NG BIG BRUSH. I don't know what's in their mind, 3mos old bnew van with a shiny black paint & used big brush to clean my van after fixing the bumper. Even the bumper they fixed have scratches. REALLY CAN'T BELIEVE IT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IN MY VAN. Even they detailed my Van you can still see all the scratches specially the exterior plastic. NOT ONLY IN EXTERIOR BUT ALSO INTERIOR SCRATCHES!!! They said it's FAIR and & they can't do anything to fix my van.

      What a great team of people. Excellent service from the moment I walked in. Walked me through the repairs carefully and slowly, had my courtesy car waiting, completed my repairs in record time and delivered a nicely detailed, washed car back to me with a smile! Not to mention their work is guaranteed for the life of your car! Why go anywhere else?

      In October, my 2008 Infiniti G37S was originally worked on for 5 days and then given back to me. I was not happy with the paint job as there was bubbling in the clear coat covering the body of the car and a drip and streak mark on the passenger side panel. There were also plastics parts not glued down properly, glue in my car on my seat and a black thumb mark above my passenger side door on the head liner. When I left a message about these concerns, I was not called back. These concerns were only addressed once I continued to call into the office.

      The car was then sent back to Boyd's to address these concerns and was gone for another week. They then wet sanded the car to the point where there are hideous swirl marks all over the body and the bubbles still remained in the clear coat. The sanding went too deep and they tried to pass this off by covering the vehicle in a thick coat of wax. The only issues addressed to my satisfaction was the head liner and the plastic parts were correctly installed. I again left a message letting them know how unacceptable the work was and to call me asap. We received no call back so my husband went directly into Boyd's auto body. The manager admitted that the paint wasn't up to standards however, the paint guy was blaming the body guy for not preparing the body properly and the body guy was blaming the paint guy and they both stated they didn't' get paid to fix the work. I don't know if they get paid piece work but it was truly an unacceptable answer. it is a no no to bad mouth employees!

      As a Client Service Manager myself, the car shouldn't have been returned if it wasn't 100% and the staff dealt with accordingly. It isn't ok to try to pass bad work off onto the customer because they are having staffing issues. We asked that the car be repainted and all issues addressed. They took the car back again on Monday the 6th and this morning after I reached out again for a status update and found out the car has been sitting there for 3 weeks and no work has occurred. We were told the general manager was now dealing with the car and he would call us back as soon as possible. I am stil waiting for that call.

      I have now contacted my insurance agency, who has suggested I pick up the car and they will send out their adjustor to review the work and rectify the situation by sending to another body shop. I have not had my car since the beginning of October. I was given a loaner car that doesn't have working seatbelts. No one had the courtesy to contact us to let us know the status of the work. It is completely unacceptable. I picked my car up today with no acknowledgement or apologizes.They do not honor their work.

      I would never recommend Boyd's to anyone or return as a customer.

      Customer service was great but staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. Wind shield replacement went in fine but they left visible streaks on the already clean interior when they wiped it down. Also washed off some recently applied paint on my antenna and neglected to tell me. Went back to have it repainted and they didn't properly tape it off and left a black border of paint around the antenna on my roof. Quite disappointed at the attention to detail
