BPG Autosound & Security

Went to see the guys over at BPG after a botched complete audio install at another company.

At first glance, BPG felt like a boutique car audio firm with a customer oriented delivery model. felt welcome right from the get-go.

When I arrived at BPG, they were working on a Rolls Royce and Bentley. So when I showed up with my Jeep, I wasn't sure how seriously they would take it.

All I can say is that I wish I had gone to BPG first. These guys know what they are talking about. They have the knowledge, experience and products for every type of install. Add to that, it felt like they took my install just as seriously as a 20k job.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and focus on the needs of the customer. Clarence sat in my vehicle and listened to all the issues I had with my current install. We spent an hour or so identifying the potential problems and solutions.

We then talked about what products they recommended and also mentioned that they could order a multitude of other brands they might not carry in stock.

When I went to pick up my vehicle after BPG was done, I was smiling ear to ear with what they had fixed. Clarence sat with me in the car for another hour to show me what they had done and what options there are for the future. What I appreciated most was how I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door once they were done, but that they wanted to ensure I was happy with what I got and that they were willing to work to achieve my goals in the future. They stand behind what they sell and what they do.

Finally, it sounded the way I wanted. It's too bad I hadn't gone to BPG first and avoided all the unnecessary costs with the other company. Vancouver is a tough place for car audio, with not a lot of companies, and almost none that have the experience and attention to quality as these guys. But you live and you learn, however simple or complicated your install - don't make the same mistake I did, go see the guys at BPG. I'm already looking forward to working with these guys on my next vehicle!

I'm going to give them 5 stars even though they haven't actually done any work on my car yet - but they were so incredibly helpful, respectful and professional on the phone with all my questions that I would be very comfortable with taking my car there if the work turns out to be needed - like night and day from the results I has in person and over the phone with Ralphs!!

Gave me a great deal on speaker installation, they used to their huge discount to buy parts from America that I would never be able to get. Quick and polite service inside.

I've dealt with Jason and Clarence for multiple vehicles and every time I get my car back it puts a smile on my face. There's thought and care put into they're installs, everything is soldered, zap tied and mounted properly. They treat my cars as if it was their own and that's why I keep going back.

Thanks BPG! Thank you all to who worked on my Civic. 5 star pretty sums up everything. Recommended by a friend and now I'm recommending it.
