Brad's Sprinkler Repair Service

My plants were dying. I couldn't hose enough anymore. The old sprinkler system hadn't been kept up with since the divorce four and a half years ago and I was desperate. I called Brad and he was able to see me right away. He and his assistant spent hours repairing and replacing sprayers all the while telling me it wasn't as bad as I thought. In the end he even reset my timer box so that all the stations would fire on the right days at the right time. He charged me $390.00 for the visit plus an additional $65.00 for parts. I thought it was worth every penny! Brad also taught me to water at 7:00 in the morning not at 3:00 or 4:00am because you want to be awake to see how they're working. It's a relief to sip my coffee and watch those sprayers :0)

Brad responded within an hour to my call. My discontinued sprinkler system was leaking significantly requiring me to shut the water off. Brad personally was not able to come but had Alex respond to my call.

This guy no-showed on me twice! The first time he somehow blamed me for his failure to show up... (huh?) But he called and apologized and wanted to book another time, then even called again to double-check, so I thought I'd give him another shot. The appointment came and went, and he never showed up and never called. What a waste of time.

EDIT: He says I didn't confirm the appointment, yet I have the texts proving otherwise. He texted me at 5:24 the day before to confirm. I responded at 5:32, 8 minutes later, confirming. Yet somehow it's my fault that he doesn't know how to use his phone? Save yourself the headaches and hire someone else.

Just a follow up from the "kook" on my earlier post. Since Brad wouldn't come out to look at problem, I had to contact another service. He came out to look at it and discovered, wait for it, that Brad had wired the new line he ran into another existing line which he said is known to not be correct in the industry, and that is what was causing it to fail. He was able to fix it in a relatively short time, and the best part, charged me nothing for it! And Brad wanted to make sure I knew I would have to pay for him to look at why the line he installed wasn't working if he came out, which he NEVER did! Hmmm

They did a great job! They fixed issues that others could not, educated me on why I had the issues and what I could do to make sure they didn't happen in the future. I highly recommend them!!

Brad comes out himself PERSONALLY with his assistant Rico. They are a team that is constantly moving and taking care of all parts and pieces. I have extensive landscaping with 6 different stations and he gave close attention to each, fixed all broken drips and sprinkler heads for a fraction of the cost I expected. Created new lines, installed new sprinklers and created new places for my landscaping to grow!! ZERO standing around.

They also payed close attention to reduce wasted water and create efficiencies for the price of $385 for an entire half day. Parts (and there were MANY) were only $35 additional.

Highly recommend, as you can see I'm more than satisfied!! Also once you're a customer he will come out for smaller fixes and to help for (don't quote me-depends on the time for the fix obviously) $140. Thanks Brad & Rico!! I'm happy!!

Brad and Alex were nice, showed up on the day they said they would, and worked fast. The next day I found a significant leak between a pipe and a timer. I called and texted several times but they haven't come back to make it right. It wasn't a cheap job and I expected they would stand by their work.

Bummed to even have to write this, but I am at a loss. Contacted Brad at the end of July. He scheduled me for two weeks later. Just before the day, he needed to cancel due to a family issue. Fair enough, we rescheduled. Called me on the day of our second appointment and canceled again with another family issue. Again, this stuff happens. No problem.
What pisses me off is that I left texts and voicemail to reschedule and NEVER heard back. It is now about seven weeks since my initial call. Will try to find someone who wants the work and will call me back.
