Guy I told him my issue and in less than 2 hrs he got me an amazing solution he got everything done right away everything was done in one day in less then 3 hrs great fast and humble people that love what they do and are super honest and let you know was best for you doesn't try to rip you off great price everything to service you in the best way possible definitely looking forward to keep bringing in any of my vehicles to you.....guys I highly recommend this shop stop wasting your time and reach out to Jesse very hard working and responsible dude he gets the job done I requested his services and he communicated with me in the next 5 minutes also he lets you know step by step what you need to get the job done and makes it happen and if you go and need to lieve your car there he makes sure you get to where ever you need to go he offers you transportation such a great experience like I said before 10 out of 10 thank you so much again Jesse.

I requested a tune up, oil change, and tire rotation for my poor, neglected car. Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good condition. The price was reasonable and the work reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted this shop and got connected to their service manager Jesse. I cannot say enough about this gentleman. A mechanical savant perhaps. He picked up my Jeep, worked at it for 5 hours, battled with shoddy work left over from the prior owner, kept me in the loop all the while, and then dropped it off for me. Service like this is rare.

Coincidentally, a NYC taxi kindly dented my door. Jesse found a replacement door for me in under an hour - they are a terrific body shop too. Cannot recommend highly enough and WILL be bringing my 08 Jeep Commander back to my new mechanic.

Bravo automotive comes highly highly recommended. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received on the repair of my vehicle. Jesse was very responsive from my initial request for my auto repair and more importantly he saw me the same day and did a phenomenal job! He literally saved me bc I had an oopsie in my son's car and bc of Jesse and his flawless repair job, the car looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Jesse and Bravo automotive and I will be back to get other work done as needed. Do not walk, instead, run to Bravo to get your auto done right! Kudos to Jesse for his great customer service and great job.
