Breathable

We did an air vent / duct cleaning (type B) along with dryer vent cleaning with breathable recently. This is the second time we got service from them and we are happy with what they did. Noe and his team are punctual and fast at doing the work and they did it well. It would be even better if they could cover the floor and furnitures a bit more thoroughly next time. But overall, we're satisfied with their work and would recommend to others.

I just use the services from Breathable for my newly bought house. First I ordered only the cleaning but they found the undersized return duct, a lot of leaking, and rat-bite holes due to the long-term no maintenance. Then they offered the repair and I cannot believe they did all the work within one day! Just the day after my order!

They finished all these:

Seal 28 duct connections/joints
Seal supply plenum/box
Replace 1 corrugated aluminum supply duct
Replace 1 corrugated aluminum return duct
Seal 5 boots (they sealed 5 when cleaning on the first day).
Resize vent opening to 16x24, and duct
Replace insulation duct 9 ducts

The quote I received was clear and did an excellent job explaining the differences between each service package and what could be added-on.

Scheduling was also a breeze (online portal with time slots). When a technician was suddenly unavailable, Nir from Breathable was very clear and professional about rescheduling options and found something within the next day for us. Also, communication day-of around timing/when do expect the techs, etc. was fantastic.

Technicians Juan and Felipe were extremely thorough and explained their process upon arrival and immediately got to work laying plastic to protect the inside of our house and we're very respectful and took off their shoes :) They took before and after pictures (which were awesome to see!) and detailed their findings post-work should we decide to fix a few things. Juan said that he would type everything up in his notes when he sends us the final invoice.

Overall, I would highly recommend this company and everyone they employ. Top-notch!!

I was starting to some something funky in my less-than-one-year-old dryer, and used Breathable to clean the dryer vent. Quick, responsive, and comprehensive. Clothes smell cleaner now! Will use them again in the future when I need the house's air ducts cleaned before the winter.

Update! So we had our vents done 5 years ago, 2 1/2 years ago and last week, and I wanted to post something so interesting. I noticed my foosball table always needed dusting so I took a picture of what it looked like when I hadn't dusted in a week. Then I cleaned it right after Breathable came and took a pic a week after that and it's still clean! So it really shows that this service does make a huge difference.

Felipe and his team were really good at cleaning vents. Very thorough inspection. Covered all areas with plastic so that areas wouldn't get dusty. Easy communication with Breathable admin too. Would recommend.
