      If I could leave negative stars I would! Due to the global glitch for airlines we could not reach our destination. I contacted breeze through chat option as they have no live person to speak to. I explained the situation, they said they understood as they had grounded flights too...here's the problem. Due to their policy they will not refund any flights, even though it was a global glitch. How can they get away with that, not to mention their people online are absolutely useless and rude. Worst experience ever and a waste of $200 and a waste of 3 hours trying to get my money back!

      I flew from here once they opened the Utah destination. It was actually a good price. Cut to todays prices, round trip was over $200 if I wanted carry on. It's cheaper to fly from Ontario, my round trip with delta was $115

      I would give 0 or minus star if there is the option.
      So we took Breeze Airline from San Bernardino to Provo UT with transit at SFO.
      Schedule to leave at 12:25 pm in the afternoon.
      The plane was delayed 4 times.
      The plane was flying from SFO to SBD airport and later on they told us that there was a mechanical problem that got fixed.

      Finally we took off at 3:55 pm.
      About 40 min flying, an announcement saying that the plane was diverted to LAX ( Los Angeles ) d/t problem with the de-icing mechanism.

      After landing at LAX, there were few Breeze representative on the ground but NONE of them really helping any of the passengers.
      All they said was " Customer Empowerment " will be sending you an email regarding what to do.
      There was no help in term for hotel accommodations, meals, ..etc.
      I really felt sorry for all the elderly and few with handicaps that just being dropped off in LAX and be on their own.

      There was no customer care at all.

      My take on Budget Airlines is that if everything goes well, then there is no problem. All is great.
      But once problem occurs, this budget airlines has no real customer service department. Or very minimal. May be 1 or 2 persons doing multiple tasks.
      So everything is web-based services which is most of the time, there are no options that specific for customer needs.

      The crews, pilot are not to blame. But the company, as a customer based service, especially calling " Customer Empowerment ", should do way better than just dropping off all passengers in a different airport and be on their own.
      Really bad.

      And I would not recommend this airline, nor taking Breeze Airlines in the future.

      Fraudulent activity. Automatically booked a flight that we did not agree to when the flight we booked was ( supposedly ) not available . Non refundable but we did not accept the flight.

      Oh My God ! never flew with them . never got by the booking process, First of all Air fare from Orange County to Provo like $68.00. Is that cheap or what? Practically had a organism. So I start the process . Come to find out if you want a seat to sit in it bumps the price up from $15.00 to $45.00 depending on the seat and availability. OH should you want a carry on Add $35.00 each way, and of course if you want to check a bag well thats another $35.00 each way. In the end their about the same price as the major carries with larger budgets for back up rides should one break down. Just a added note their web site makes you put all your info in before you see the final price so you're invested. Not my way to do business and I think the general public would like a honest number up front with normal upgrade options. Were tired of the big hustle to get a few extra $$ out of our pocket

      No way to cancel within 24 hrs online!
      WHAT THE HELL!
      Shall we start with "cancelation is a breeze" or "we are here to assist on your time, not the other way around."
      After spending a non breezy amout of time trying to find where to canel for refund instead of credit I turned to chat. It begins with, Our small team is behind. Then it tells you to go about your day until they text back. 24 hr cancelation is time sensitive.
      Way to piss off new excited customers. Great job.

      I booked a flight from RDU to San with Breeze Airways on the website it said 129.00 The rep was even nice to add free carry on bag. Paid the 129 but then all of a sudden that price wasn't available . HMM, but for another 110 dollars a seat was available . no way I stayed on the phone for my refund to show in my bank account , then called another Breeze rep and what you think happened another seat was available (oh my ) of course went through the how is it now a seat that a few minutes ago was gone . Bottom line lower fare was to lure me into getting the higher price fair . I don't like doing business with shady companies , I'm sure the higher prices would have been available but thats not what got me there . GOOD LUCK if your looking for the low price tickets BUYER-BEWARE

      TSA was awesome and easy to navigate. Airports nice. Bar is clean and terminal is nice as well. We had the rudest flight attendant named Angie. As we were boarding my friend asked to use the restroom which was locked. She said go ahead and when he mentioned it was locked she responded with "yes, so people don't use it." After my friend used the lavatory I got up to do the same and she put up her hands and said "no, you need to sit back down." I mentioned we were still on the ground and luggage was being loaded and she said when I close the door, you can use it. Just very rude and complete lack of courtesy. As we pushed back she called someone on the phone and she was even rude to them, "uhm are you gonna give us an update or what?"

      My Mom worked for United back in the day and my friend is a Flight Attendant for them now. Night and day with regards to the service and rude demeanor from Angie!
