Amazing place to live. The view of the bridge is amazing, it doesn't get better than this. The pool and hot tub are nice, and the gym is never too crowded. I feel really safe here which is my #1 priority. It's also really nice getting your packages delivered here. Would 100% recommend living at Bridgeview!

This is a really nice place to live in. The concierge are friendly and they are available 24/7. The rooms are nice too and the walls are well insulated. I moved in about 2 months ago and I am enjoying it.

There is a lot of free parking spaces in front of the building which makes it convenient for visitors.

+ there is a new retail space down the street opening soon. I hope there will be nice restaurants and cafes!

I've lived here for the past month and it has been amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Compared to the avalon, it was definitely a step up. =) Also, I like the location a little better than 4th & king. Bart is now within comfortable walking distance while before, it was still a mile away.

This is an absolutely incredible building to live in. The location is perfect, you can't hear a peep through the walls, and the layouts are terrific. Furthermore, the staff are incredible, including Sarah, Toloa, Steven, and Steve. I cannot recommend this building enough!

Great apartment. Not much noise from neighbors. Hallways are mostly clean. Staff could be a wee bit friendlier, but I don't mind that too much. All in all I had a great time living here.

I called this morning (wednesday) and no one was picking up the phone for about 2 hours. Finally a lady picked up the phone, she was in a huge rush, didn't even let me finish my sentence and unprofessionally stopped me because I unknowingly called her for rental, which she apparently does not know. Without waiting for my response she hung up on me, i didn't even get a chance to ask if she is aware of anyone I can contact for rental information since she is in the office and works for this building. I called the second time and again she picked up the phone and this time she was straight rude, she told me that I am not interested in buying a place, she has no reason to talk to me. Then she hung up again. I am really surprised of the attitude of this manager, and am also surprised because I think that since her phone number is on the web page as the only contact of the building, she should have at least some patience and proficiency to the potential clients. I think this case should be seen as a warning as a weak management of this building and should be taken seriously.
The lady has a british accent and her name is Sarah Wilson. According to the security she is the manager on duty that day.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would have.

I love it here. I love the view of the bridge, the hardwood floors, the kitchen gear (I love cooking) and swimming pool. There is 24/7 doorman which is great. I can't see any con at all.

Absolutely wonderful place to live. Condos have thick walls, so you never hear your neighbors! Doormen are extremely nice. Location is perfect because it's close to downtown, public transportation, and yet also in a quiet neighborhood with quaint coffee shops and stores.
