I was in need of a massage for pin in my shoulder. I upgraded to a deep tissue for 45 for $90. Sad Sad Deep tissue. She didn't listen to where I need attention and gave a Swedish massage and hot stone which I did not ask for. She started my time from when I pod not when she started and ended 5 minutes early so I received a 35 minute massage for $90. I express I was displeased with the massage and the short time and she ask for a tip. She proceeded to say that her the massage cost goes to her boss not her. I said sorry but it was bad and not the kind of massage I asked for. I wouldn't wish this massage on anyone especially at this price. Stay clear of this place and find one with more review.

I called ahead and made a reservation for the head, neck, and face 30-minute special massage on their website. I know, only 5 reviews, but all good. And I really needed work for headaches and tmj. When i arrived the masseuse asked me to take off my shirt, which made sense. Then she said to take off my pants. I said again I want head and neck special for headaches, and she said "it's better, you need more." OK, I thought maybe some other body parts, so I'll play along. Over the 30 minutes, she massaged everything except my head, neck, and shoulders. I reminded her 1/2 way through that I was there for headaches and she insisted that massaging my legs would help that. And even then the massage wasn't anything special. I feel bad about bagging on a small business, but this was a waste of time and money.

This place is legit . I like it very convenient. Price is affordable. Ladies know their craft. I highly recommended it.

Great new spa for Burlingame, owners are super friendly and offer a great spa experience. Super clean and all brand new inside. Look forward to a return visit.

I had a wonderful 30 minute massage here today given by Selihu. She was so kind and welcoming. It was a great experience all around and I'd gladly recommend her to anyone.

I came across Broadway Spa recently and must say that it is hidden gem! I've tried many places in the area and the massage I received here is by far the best. I would highly recommend Selena at Broadway Spa - she is the best!
