Requested a quick oil change. They responded quickly to my request and serviced my car. Very polite and helpful.

They contacted me right away to set up an appt , asked me when I can leave the vehicle which I didn't agree with , usually they ask to leave the vehicle when they are doing repairs , other than that they communicated with me fast , I couldn't make the appt due to health issues , but will contact them again as needed , thank you

Came in for a couple repairs today, and got my vehicle back the same day. All looked and felt good with my car, customer service was great and attentive! These mechanics take pride in their work and that's very much appreciated and important! 5/5 definitely will come back if anything else is needed to get fixed!

Amazing service at Bruneau's. It was very quick. I requested an oil change via their messaging service on yelp and immediately got a response from Kevin when I reached out. I cannot say enough good things about Bruneau's Auto on Boston Post Road, Milford! The owner - Kevin Bruneau - runs a tight, efficient, well informed and friendly "shop"! I have been taking both our cars there for the past two years since we moved to Orange and service has been nothing less than stellar. It helps that the Office Manager, Rachel, is (in the Bruneau tradition) super-efficient, polite and friendly and can resolve just about any scheduling issue. I have an interlock machine on one of our cars and it is always quite complicated to get the permission to de-activate, some shops even don't take cars equipped with these machines. Bruneau's never had an issue! Once, when Autozone was unable to provide me with windshield wipers for my BMW (it was too complicated for them to install) I came over to Bruneau's and Marc the mechanic ordered the correct ones there and then and put them on within 15 minutes! When I have questions about tire pressure, engine performance or....generally any question, I just drop by and ask Marc my favorite mechanic and there is always an answer with a smile. I highly recommend them! Just be aware that the Bruneau family is big and there are several locations in CT. I think this one is the best!!

Greetings folks. So, I noticed the low tire pressure light the other day. Found the closest tire fill station and top it up. I just happened to look and feel around the tire and felt a nail. I was going to take the car to my dealer to repair but the cost was going to be somewhere around $40 to $50 according to dealership's service department. Anyways, there's always Town Fair Tire, was my thinking. I drive to the Town Fair Tire located in Milford around 1:00 PM and a gentlemen told me that there were "12 cars" ahead of me and gave the option to leave my vehicle. I declined and remembered seeing Bruneau's Auto a short drive down the street. I pulled up and I'm greeted by a nice young lady working in the office. I told her I needed a tire repair, the mechanic took the keys and he pulled the vehicle into the shop. I watched from the open bay doors as he removed a very rusty screw out the tire and then subsequently make the repair. He finished in no time and appeared to be very respectful of my vehicle. I've had service completed by this company before, at one of their West Haven locations, and won't hesitate to recommend this shop to others. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was top notch! Be safe and enjoy yourself.

Great reliable place to repair your car but a little pricey. I have lived in Milford for over 36 years.

The employees at Bruneau's are both kind and knowledgeable. When my catalytic converter was stolen off of my car, I personally listened as Bruneau's workers called about a dozen part places to try to find me the least expensive, quality option. After they sourced the parts for my older car (which literally took less than a day) they fixed it up and got me back on the road quickly.

When my AC broke about a month later (not cooling and making a loud noise), they quickly diagnosed the problem and agreed that I was having some bad car luck lately. After we all determined that the cost to fix the cooling issue probably wasn't worth it, they refused to let me pay for their diagnosis or fixing the loud noise - just sent me on my way. I mean seriously, they could've told me to replace the compressor knowing it would've broken again in a month due to the deeper underlying issue they identified, but they're not trying to take advantage, they really just want to help.

I couldn't not leave a positive review when they have helped me out so much and have always been so kind and helpful. It's a little bit of a drive for me but I'll never go anywhere else for car services! Can't recommend them enough.
