Had a sewer blockage situation for a commercial site. Called many places. Brus Box was the only place that actually provided an estimate range in advance. And surprised they were the only one with a 100ft snake handy (since I tried using 75ft one). The two person team was professional, informative, and completed the job quickly -- final bill came out on the lower range side. I'm very relieved to open back up- will totally use them again.

I called Brus Box for a dishwasher repair that turned into a replacement. Andrew's team was polite, pleasant, and professional. Invoice only came after the work was complete.
They are my go-to now! I'll have no hesitation to use them again!

We hired Brus Box to replace our kitchen faucet and install an electric bidet seat, including a new power outlet. The business owner, Andrew, was very communicative and came out himself for the free estimate.

Based on the reasonable quoted price and the excellent communication compared with the other companies we evaluated, we decided to hire Brus Box for the projects. We were able to schedule work for that same week.

The technician who arrived to do the work was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, despite a language barrier. Unfortunately the project turned out to be more difficult than expected, due to issues with our toilet. Andrew returned to the site to manage the situation and give us an updated quote.

They were able to replace the toilet and finish the installation that same day. It was a long day for everyone involved, but they persevered through multiple problems, and we are very happy with the final results.

Contacted them for last minute drywall assistance, my pup scratch a hole in the entry door. Egor was the technician and did an AMAZING job. Everything was perfect. I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs.

Had a leaky dishwasher valve in SF. Created a job on Yelp using their new-ish job dispatch flow.

All but one plumbing companies refused to give me a quote without first scheduling and making a visit. It's the most common, simplest job: the angle stop on a valve underneath my sink.

Why? Because all these plumbers now work with a call center type company somewhere, so that they can snap up the business as soon as a customer has an issue.

Two companies came and gave me quotes.

In the process I realized I had 3 valves in there I should change that rubber element on. The quotes were ~$850 and $550. Really? I was sure this was a job at most requiring an hour and super standard.

This account, or rather Andrew, who responded, did actually give me a quote for the same job right away without wasting my time with a visit: $350. Andrew's friend/colleague Alex came and swapped the angle stops in less than 30 mins.

Quite possibly could've gotten this for even less than $100 with a contractor that works for me more often, but I do think you should be safe with this business for a basic plumbing repair in SF.

My front door would not close! I tried to find someone Saturday at 11pm follow by an Easter Sunday where many services would be CLOSED! Everything was closed!!

Andrew and his colleague came over on time and highly professional. The job was to replace a toilet that was potentially having leaking issues.

They selected an affordable toilet from Home Depot, picked up the toilet for an additional fee, remove the old toilet and installed the new one. They even came with booties for their shoes, to clean everything clean. All of this done within one hour.

They let you know all your options and observations, also more cost effective ways to do the job.

Fast and efficient. They also were very helpful at educating me on how the plumbing worked and left everything in better shape than before.

Top notch work. Highly recommend. Did not charge an arm and a leg like almost all other plumbers / contractors that responded - as they start with a flat fee and add on services as needed.

Andrew and his team did a great job installing a new vanity in our bathroom! They worked late on a Friday to get the whole project done in one day, even though the job ended up being more complicated than initially anticipated. The final result looks great! Also they charged very reasonable prices for the amount of work involved.

Andrew texted me on the same day that I made the request and asked me to take some pictures of my toilets which have issues with water and flushing. He was able to prepare parts to fix them so the whole process was just so easy! He is fast and professional!
