Another great airport transportation trip with Rudy of budget Transportation. Always on time , great communication, very clean vehicle Mercedes SUV . Can't ask for more no driving home after long plane flights .

Rudy is our new go-to for airport transportation! We live up in Northern Escondido and had a great experience with Rudy. He confirmed the day before, arrived on time, took care of us getting to the airline, and assured us he would be there for pickup. He confirmed our pick up, was there on time to pick us up at the airport, but the airline was late with our bags (almost 2 hrs) and Rudy waited for us! Great service!

from Oceanside to the airport and back.

Incredible service!!!

This was the perfect choice for getting to the airport. Rudy was very pleasant and professional. He was prepared for our needs related to luggage and timing for our international flight. We had arranged for pickup on our return to San Diego. Again, Rudy was right there as we stepped up to the curb, totally prepared as before. This is best way to manage airport travel - so much more convenient and personal than other travel options; and also, more economical. Certainly beats trying to park near the airport and deal with shuttles. Perfect transportation option! We'll be using Rudy's assistance in the future.

I literally have 0 complaints about Reda (aka Rudy) & his transportation service. First & foremost, he was prompt in getting back to me when I asked to book rides to & from the airport (live in Vista). He was always professional & friendly in all his communication with me. As someone who cares about things like safety, not only did he always wear a mask, but I didn't once feel nervous in his vehicle (which is often the case with any ride service). His car was clean, smelled nice, and background music was low & not obnoxious. He read the room well & chatted when I chatted, silent when I was silent. To top it off, he was early in picking me up, which as someone who has anxiety traveling, was an added bonus for me! He even arrived to pick me up on time, despite my flight arriving early & traffic being a nightmare due to the holidays & construction at the airport. Will definitely use again

We had an incredible experience with Rudy. The SD airport is undergoing construction and didn't have any parking available and it was the day before our flight so we were in a bind. We have two kids that required car seats so our transportation options were pretty limited. I was desperate and texted Rudy to see if he was available and he was prompt in his response.

Rudy's pricing was the best I've seen and he was very professional. We installed our car seats in his car, he stored it for us while we were gone, and came to pick us up with them. Everything was so smooth! We had a flight delay coming back and he texted me to let me know that our flight was delayed and that he was tracking our flight.

For the first time I decided to use an airport car service locally. Did some research and decided to try Budget Transportation. Called them to get a quote and had to leave a message. I received a response within minutes, asking the zip code of my drop-off location because as with most cities there is usually more than one and that determines the rate. I received the quote and found it to be very competitive to other companies I contacted.

Made the reservation and confirmed it the day before my return because I didn't want to be stuck at the airport. Now that would suck!! The company confirmed everything was still on and let me know they were only taking cash at this time, which was fine, and it allowed me time to get to an ATM before returning.

Was pleased to find a text from Rudy when I got off the plane and turned my phone back on. Letting me know he was in the area and provided a picture of the Chrysler 300 he was driving. He asked that I text him when I left baggage claim and after I did, he was there within minutes (I'm assuming he was waiting in the cell phone lot).

Upon his arrival I met and received a friendly greeting from Rudy. I found the car to be very clean and comfortable. Rudy was a very good driver and I felt comfortable with his driving the whole way. You never know what someone you don't know might do behind the wheel.

If in the future I need a car service I will definitely call Budget Transportation and would recommend them to family and friends.

This company owner cussed me out, threatened to take my life into his own hands and then blocked me. This is a terribly unsafe individual that needs to be shut down and followed up with a Police investigation.

Update: My reviews in the business owner's reply are based on two different experiences. Unfortunately, this business was the one that cussed me out and left the worst taste. This one star review remains indefinitely due to the negative experience your company caused. This is a Final Peace and Farewell because I will not argue with someone.

We had an early morning flight during Labor Day weekend. I saw some tips to schedule a ride with Uber or Lyft in advance, but I was worried my driver would be late or worst...cancel l...on the morning of and leave us stranded.

I found Rudy from Budget Transporation. I called him and he gave me a quote of $39 from
PB to the airport, before tip.

I went ahead and scheduled it with him. The night before my ride, Rudy texted me to confirm our ride for the next morning at 5:30 am. On the day of our departure, Rudy showed up right on time, and we were swiftly on our way.

While the ride was more expensive than a Lyft or Uber, I was willing to pay more to ease my mind. Plus I heard a typical $20 ride through Lyft or Uber from PB ended up surging a lot in the morning so you end up paying double.
