Carvana offered $7,000, I was thinking more like $10,000, Jerry said "I'd try for $13,000".

Jerry handles all the first contacts, and routes copies of insurance cards for those who want to test drive to the seller (me). He also handles questions from buyers, and allows them to test drive the car under careful limitations.

12 days later I had a certified check in for $13,000.

Great easy process, that takes most of the worry of scam buyers out of the picture.

The owners here have a good business model for used car sellers and buyers. They're very professional, respectful people, and so was the lady who sold me her car from here. I had a good buying experience, and I would consider selling any of my cars with them in the future. Imagine selling your car without the headache of having to make appointments and meet up for the test drive only for the buyer to determine they weren't interested in it after all. Conversely, imagine finding a car you want to buy but have a limited schedule to test drive or check it out. Well at Buggy Bank, buyers can just come anytime during opening hours for their car(s) of interest. If interested, the seller is contacted and a meeting time is set for purchase. Everyone wins.

Good old no pressure shopping . Time alone to think and work out my buying requirements. Without being pressure by any one. A great way to look for a used car.

If you do trade in or sell you car to "car max " or "carvana" you are getting half what your used car is worth. We just sold our 3rd car with buggy bank because Jerry knows your car's real value and will advise amount you're likely to sell for and he only charges one flat fee. He guides you through the process so everyone involved is safe and paperwork done correctly.
Also you can get you car detailed for extra fee which I always do since all my cars sold were dog mobiles full of embedded fur sand and mud stains. They make it look like new. Also they have a smog service referral to take care of that obligation necessary when selling a vehicle also for a separate fair fee paid directly to smog service. Highly recommended as the best way to sell and buy and I'm so grateful to have this option nearby.

This place is a waste of time both for the seller and the buyer. The representative may not care any way. He is getting paid. Sell your car at market place in Facebook why am I paying big money to sell my own property.

Prior to the pandemic, I was in the habit of leasing and was on my third leased car.

I realized that going into a new lease in the middle of a pandemic while I was searching for a new job would be a bad idea. This is how I ended up finding Buggy Bank. I was searching for used cars in my price range and saw that they had a range of reasonably priced cars. They also had a clear process and system, which appeals to me as I like structure. That took away a bit of the terror of purchasing a used car.

I was also touched because I let Jerry know that I was looking for a new job, and he kept that in mind when I was looking at cars. It was a conscientious level of service that I really appreciated. Lucky for me, I got a full-time job offer a couple of weeks after getting a used Acura SUV, which is just right for errands.

It was so easy. Between the site and showing up to test drive a couple of times, I found exactly what I wanted: a reliable used car that was in decent condition.

Just sold my Prius through Buggy Bank. It's not that often that I get the pleasure of working with a true professional and Jerry is all that. There are a lot of pieces that have to come together to prepare, show and complete an automobile transaction and Jerry orchestrates the whole process like the pro that he is. Instructing and guiding the seller, getting the smog cert, mechanic checks, detailing accomplished quickly and efficiently, describing and placing the car ad online, having a secure system set up for test drives, and guiding/instructing the buyer in orde3r to bring the whole process to a conclusion with money exchange, documents signed and everybody clear on the terms of the sale.

Do NOT take your car here. We dropped off our 2010 Audi S4. We just went to sell the car to the buyer and find out our car had been STOLEN 2/20/21. Today is 2/24/21 and NO ONE has notified us or noticed the car was gone. The last person with the keys didn't bother to return the keys and likely turned in a fake ID. They state they do not remember anything and obviously don't conduct any type of inventory of cars and keys. PLEASE STAY AWAY. We will be suing for negligence and damages.

I had not sold a car myself before , so I was somewhat nervous about the process !
From the start Jerry was very patient and willing to help me make this happen .. I explained to him I was having a problem with my eyes and he graciously read out all the documents etc to me.
The car was detailed beautifully and while on the lot was always immaculate.
When the right buyer came along , Jerry spent so much time making sure the Smog requirement was met and all the D.M.V paperwork done with seamless efficiency and goodwill !
