Very unprofessional! I made an appointment for a couples massage at 5 PM. I get a text from Butterfly Massage stating that their credit card machine was broken and that I need to bring cash. I explain that I can't get cash and get there by my appointment time, so I reschedule for 6 PM. I'm driving there, it's 5:52 PM, and I get a text stating that because I didn't make the 5 PM appointment that was rescheduled, they wouldn't be able to attend me and my wife. Very frustrating!

Manager Tammy is quick to respond setting up appointments, etc. Staff is good and most friendly and professional. The place is clean and welcoming. Will return!
